We ordered white saree from sundarwomen.com. Instead of white saree they send yellow colour daily wear saree with the same price of 647 rupees. They don't take any feedback from me after delivery. They don't give me any contact number to consult. I'm ordered white fancy designer saree with embroidery work saree. But they deliver yellow colour saree o of saree

We ordered white saree from sundarwomen. Comwith price of 647 rupees. Instead of white saree they send yellow colour daily wear saree with the same price of ordered saree. We ordered white fancy designer saree with embroidery work. They don't give any prior information to me. After delivery they don't take any feedback from me. They don't give any contact number to call....

I had ordered a chex kurti instead they sent me a cheap quality saree.
Now when i m trying to contact no one is there to take care of my request.
Their number has only recorded messages.
I filled up the return request form also but no response yet.
Their return request says they will take care of it within 10 days but nothing has been done.
Plz help me in getting my money back....

With reference to the subject i have received a wrong item and on the same date i have return through post office i have sent email but no response. I have contact to customer care but it dont solve the problem. How will i get back the money. Why dont they response. This is the first and the last order. Before i receive i am insecure but i trust but i lost hope to this website i am very angry when i get the item. I will never trust again...
