Dear customer care... The mobile loan apps are not seems to be authorized by rbi's mou. Threatening calls, violation of human dignity, too much interest and processing fees, access to my personal contact list, financial scam is there. I am so much affected. I am trying to talk to the customer care agent. Kindly help me.

I need of money in august 2017. I searched on quikr.com and after giving my contact details there. I received a call from [protected] named as neha & she told me you send address proof, id proof, salary slip & bank statement to this whatsapp no.[protected] & i sended the document to this number. Second day i received a call from [protected] named as mr. Sharma from nbfc pvt ltd, he told me my loan in sanctioned with rs.1.25 lakhs, but to get that money i need to pay rs.86300 (Amount will be refundable with your loan amount rs1.25 lakhs). After paying rs 86300, he demanding another rs 20000 for guarantor to my loan. I said to him please refund to my amount, he told me maximum 15 days till amount refund in your account. After that his not pick my phone not reply to my msg or whatsapp. Plz help me for refund amount 86300. I am already save the sms send by him. I am sending transfer payment screen shot & msg proof in attachment.

Banking regulator, Reserve Bank of India has cautioned customers against unregistered non banking finance companies (NBFCs) and sec 25 companies dealing with money marketing which allure customers by offering high returns on deposits and claim to have RBI registration.

The central bank has also said that all complaints of this nature should be addressed to the Economic Offences Wing of the state governments concerned.
