My order number is 8414.I ordered a bench from this website a month back and thereafter after a long delay it was dispatched.
FInally my product was supposed to be delivered by Gati courier but it was going on getting delayed and hence i spoke to Gati courier guys about by parcel.I got to know that the delivery is blocked by the Sunrise International company.After writing to them over chat the delivery block was removed by them.But...

My order number 7448 has not been delivered even after eight weeks when it was promised to be delivered within six weeks from date of order. I want my money returned to me as I am cancelling my order. If the money is not returned, I will be compelled to lodge a police complaint for fraudulent behaviour.

I placed an order for a bookshelf ($6095) worth Rs. 20000. I did not hear anything from them for over 3 months, and then was told the order was delayed because of Holi.
Everytime I call the person would say I should send a Whatsapp msg to a number (+[protected] but never got a reply. The person kept telling me a Ms Sonia will update me, which I never got.
They suddenly sent an email saying product was on the way with a tracking number. I tracked at GATI using this number for 2 days.
Today GATI website says the tracking number is invalid.

I think this is a fraudulent company. Should I file a police complaint too?

I ordered a dining table on 26th Aug 2021... made full payment...
I waited patiently till 15th Oct send them a mail regarding delivery date of my product. Received a mail that goods under production and will be delivered on 19th —-20th Nov..
I again waited patiently till 25 th Nov... again sent a mail on 25 th Nov ...received a reply that the production could not take place as the labour was on a holiday from 2nd to 24 th...

I bought item for 16000, was promised that the item will be delivered within 8-12 weeks. It's not delivered yet nor is there any communication about delay in delivery. Customer support is terrible, person picking the phone is irresponsible, never took any action. One cannot even escalate as she says she is taking the call from home.
My amount is locked up with them and I don't know when I will receive it...
