Grievance details : sirs, iam working as a business associate in re/max india limited. I sold a flat of sunteck india limited the flat being 3b 706, in naigaon, for which they promised me to pay brokerage after 45 days of registration. The customer regitered on 29th jan 20. But we submitted our bill on 4th feb (Courier receipt attached) because it was to be in their format. Bill copy attached. But till today they have not made our payment of brokerage. It is more than 45 days. I wrote to all the officials but of no avail. I have the whatspp copies to all the messages with me. The bill from cst was sent to one mr. Akshay jain who is working as a sales manager there to the ho because ho was closer by from cst. There are back end people in ho who received the bill, according to mr kunaal who is working there. It could have been submitted to the billing department or sent to naigaon to akshay.in spite of several emails to the billing department they did not respond. The bill has been received on time. I want to know when they are paying me the brokerage? I have not seen or experienced this kind non[censored]nprofessional behaviour or attitude from other builders.
