Kamal Khetan is one of the top 100 richest Indians as per The Forbes list and accused of criminal breach of trust & cheating, FIR No 498 of 2010, under section 406,420 & 34 IPC at Andheri Police station, Mumbai)
Mr. Prakash Chough,CMD of sheena Textile and Sheena Exports and Bhoomika Mani, Partner and Secretary of Prakash Chough has made a fraud of 30cr to JB Oil and Gas Company Ltd.He is Wanted by Honkong Police.
An FIR under various IPC sections was registered against MD Kamal Khetan, president Jignesh Sanghavi, directors K B Jijina, Rachna Hingarajia, Manisha Khetan and Gopal Khetan of Starlight Systems Pvt Ltd at Andheri police station.
The alleged cheating took place in between July 16 and September 3 this year, Assistant Inspector Ganpat Wallunj said adding no arrests were made in this regard.
It is pertinent to note that Mr. Kamal Khetan is one of the top 100 richest Indians as per The Forbes list.
According to police, the complainant Sanjay Khemka, CEO, Tristars Multi-Trade Pvt Ltd in Andheri complained that his company had supplied seven software products to the real estate firm.

I have been facing this issue for a long time and I have written many emails but they do not have the etiquette to answer the emails or return the payment.
