I had invested 5 Lac in Sunworld Vandita project in 2012 but till now no update for construction. Now some third party is contacting me to buy one plot in Tuppal chowk and they want more money (Approx. 10 lac) to adjust my previous amount in plot. They are unable to return my money....

I booked a 1 bhk flat in 2012 in the name of my wife in this project at yamuna expessway sector 22-d. I have paid 40% amount but till date there is no construction or communication about anything. I visited the builder office several times but every time some or the other false replies. I want to get my full money with the interest rate as has been mandated by rera up. My ph no.
