superflame 4 stove gas

There is an issue in 2 knobs of gas stove as they are not close properly as it top cover is loose and it is not able to rotate the inner knob properly which causes issue and many times it not even close which is a safety issue. Also 1 stove is having less flame compare to others.

While my wife trying to cook food in Sunflame Gas Burner, the glass top sunddenly burst into small pieces.
This happened in my and my family presence. I have photographs as evidence and 3 people as witness. Also on further research I have come to know that this is a common problem with this kind of Sunflame stove, Sunflame is still selling these stoves, knowing fully that this can cause major accidents which can even lead to death.
I brought this product in military csd canteen.
They told this is best in quality
But i think that this is the worst quality stove i ever seen.
I also complaint to the sunflame service centre and they didn't take any action against this comlaint. They said that there is no evidence and there is no chance to replace the product.
I have the recorded audio conversation between us.
They insulting me and no one has came to my home .
Actually I didn't like this product but they forced me to bought this product.

It is to inform that my 4 months ago purcharsed 3 burner glass top gas stove glass had burst today's, plss provide another one or repair it.
It purchased by central police canteen bhel Bhopal, it outer glass surface Haas totally been burst suddenly and it harm other kitchen items

glass cook top
Gas is not working properly and fastly. I bought this item on Jan. This problem is occurring for the past 1 week . Both of the burners are not working properly. Within 5 months these many problems. We don't have any other source to repair this. Gas is not supplied evenly to the burner. Something has been choked. Kindly see to this problem as fast as you can.

I was purched a ceiling fan swift 48 " on 15.03.2019 from Sub Canteen FTR, SSB, Guwahati. But today on 28.03.2019, the celling fan suddenly stooped. So I have informed to your service provider over telephone in this regard. Accordingly a Service man came to my house and examined the said ceiling fan and advised me to exchange the same from the retailer @ Sub Canteen FTR, SSB, Guwahati. Accordingly, I have contacted with Sub Canteen FTR, SSB, Guwahati and deposited the same. But they replied me that there have no sufficient stoke in their custody. As many times have lost of mine, I request you to kindly replace the same immediately at my home address as well as execute the installation process, otherwise I am able to take legal action against you.

This is regarding my query about the sunflame fan which was purchased by me on 10 march 2018. It has been passed 24 days still i have not got any reply for my complaint. I have sent you emails but i have not got any single reply on that. I got to know that what kind of brand you are. I have regret why i have bought your product. Your customer service number has no use. Nobody picked up the call after contacting 100 times phone was picked up but there is no courtesy to answer the call. Call goes blank. Head office don't pick the call. They just keep my on hold. And after few minutes, they cut the call. I am just fed up.

We purchase mixure grinder oct 2018, this is not working since last 20 day, registered compliant to replace the motor till date no response, and regular followup, very bad experience with this product, never buy super flame product.

I buy the sandwich toaster of sunflame company few days before but I am very disappointed because the toaster's cap was very loose so its not locked properly when we toast bread so, I am accepting that you soon do something in this case and i have the warranty card also of the product.
Have a 3 burner Glass top stove. Its Glass Top was cracked into tiny crystal while doing the normal cooking.

super flame 2 burner

I bought the super flame 2 burner in which the left burner is not working properly. Whenever i increase the flame of the burner it started producing sound... Which is creating a problem during cooking rice or any other thing in high flame. Please try to resolve the problem because we have to use the burner regularly for making food. It is only 2 months since we r facing this problem.

4 burner glass top gas stove
I, v. K. Bagai agree with the comments of mr. Chandrakesh vaish and mr. Rahul d. Rudra, the company does’nt bothered about complaints/complainants and there is no service after sale of their product. I am trying to contact them over available phone numbers for the last two day but fail to get them. Today i wasted my two hours in contacting on ph.[protected], 2274608 remain always busy, but i get successful in contacting company on phone no.[protected] who refuse to take the complaint and diverted the call which ultimately get disconnected it happened thrice today, now to whom should i contact to get the fault rectified.

I purchased one super flame gas stove (Glass top four burner) on 6th september 2017. One of the knob is not functioning smoothly. After one month of purchase the said knob is moving hard and difficult to operate. At the time of purchase i was not expecting such type of fault will occur. I have purchased superflame lp gas cooktop 2 burner on[protected] i am having complain that there is gas leakage from the knob when putting it on or off which may occur the life risk. Also the glass top has came out and moving.

I purchased Chimney CookerHood SA-CH21-BF60SS Product SL. No[protected] o[censored]r company in 2012 & installed in. April 2013 .It's motor is not working since April 2018. No Engineer is coming to attend the complaint. Bangal Crockery Rohtak whom I purchased the Chemney is not cooperating at all.

I had bought a 3 burner cooktop from home shop 18. in the month of May 2016. I had also got a warranty card of one year, but there is nothing mention on the warranty card, no any dealer name or contact information, and no any dealer stamp. Now after seven months this cooktop is leaking gas. and one of the burner is also not working properly. But i am not getting information about service centre of this company and contact information given on warranty card is also false.
so, I request Home shop 18 to help me in this regard.

I had bought an iron in april 2017 but it is not working properly and its element is gone.i will have to get the element and the plate changed which will cost me almost the same amount as i bought.please tell me where to contact as it is under warranty.

Firstly while cooking anything, the whole toughened glass becomes very hot to even touch.
Secondly, both the knobs came out gradually.
We tried to fix it but it came out again and again.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest
