Hello, 2 days ago i ordered 2 items from flipkart, but today morning i received email about order rejection due to incorrect price by seller, what king of silly reason by seller, this is not our fault, seller updated price and we ordered, it takes two days to realize by seller that price was incorrect, my order was almost at my destination. i also make conversation with seller but they told me that re-order with new increased price.i have to bear more than 1000 rupees. it almost 10% of my order my order id is OD[protected].

    I can't find my invoice

    I couldn't find out my invoice and there is no option of download the invoice in my order details and it's also not in the mail. Please send me the copy of my invoice I'm sharing the order details below.

    I ordered an Apple macbook Air M1 on 17th october. Expected delivery on 19th.
    Now when i am tracking it, product is not even shipped yet.
    It should have been shipped on 17th itself.
    Flipkart should not make commitments that they cannot keep.

      I placed an order (id: OD[protected] for Iphone 12 - 64 GB black color on October 3, 2021 and it was scheduled to be delivered on October 6 at my Mohali address- 1323, phase 3b2 sector 60, Mohali- 160059. I randomly checked my account on 5 October and saw that the order has already been delivered to address in Gujarat for some Mahi. I quickly called the customer support, and I was directed to an executive. I explained him everything and the only thing he could tell me was " we understand your problem and I know it is a huge sum- I will try to help you in any manner I can” and the phone got disconnected. This happened thrice. Below are the three numbers I was directed to via[protected]:
      1) +[protected] on 6th October 4:06 AM
      2) +[protected] on 6th October 4:30 AM
      3) +[protected] on 6th October 5:06 AM

      Flipkart please go ahead and check the recordings of the calls placed.

      But the invoice sent by Flipkart on my registered email clearly shows my address and my name.

      How can Flipkart claim that it was my fault when Your records show my name? No address change email was sent as my notification. Flipkart claims to be one of the biggest online retail platforms and yet you are running the biggest scams of all time. How can Flipkart expect me to wait for a solution for 2 days when Flipkart does not wait for 2 days to deduct amount from my account? I have already lost Rs45, 000 and Flipkart wants me to spend more time and money on this.

      Shame on you Flipkart for disrupting people’s lives and making money out of it. Shame on Flipkart for stealing hard earned money of ours and making big bucks out of it. Shame on Flipkart for failing us and every Indian citizen.

      Further, I'm going to lodge a complaint against Flipkart in the consumer court and I will also do an FIR against [protected]@flipkart.com, [protected]@flipkart.com, [protected]@flipkart.com and flipkart.com/helpcentre and flipkart.com for carrying a scam racket out in the wide open day.

      In addition, I've consulted a corporate lawyer and I will be suing Flipkart for suitable compensation for the mental and emotional harassment and the financial torture that Flipkart has caused me that has absolutely disrupted my daily life causing me heavy losses on both the personal and the professional front.

        Dear team,

        The seller supercomnet cancelled my order # od[protected] without any prior information or email and reason why he cancelled my order. Also the amount wasfully paid from an international credit card and when he refund the amount there will be a difference in amount and i will not get the same amount as i paid when refunded.

        I have purchased the items many times from flipkart but never such issue occured.

        I need the full amount what i have paid or provide me the device or phone which i have requested asap

        I have ordered a laptop in the deals of the day offer and paid the amount through debit card ..my payment was succesful but i dint recieve any conformation msg for thr order to be confirmed

          I ordered a smartphone worth ₹12000 through flipkart. Got the product on 18/06/19 but the product is with default. So I request for replacement on the same day. Then within 2 days technician came and found my complaint is genuine and ordered for replacement.But after 3 days they rejected my replacement. They cheated me. When I called the flipkart customer care they told me to give another request for replacement. Again they rejected. supercomnet are selling this default products
          . Please help me for replacing the product.
