I have booked one 2bhk flat in 2015 in supertech hill town for which possession was to be given in december 2017. Till now possession has not been given. It was under subvention scheme. Pre emi interest was paid till october 18 and after that no emi has been paid with a mail from super tech that they will adjust the emi on possession. On site visit have found that not a single peraon is available and no work is going on.

I live in gurgaon, still have visited there office in noida twice. After meeting with ms aparna i was assigned a person mr manish khanna to shift me to a ready to move in unit in aravalle sector 79. As per them no 2bhk unit is available but 2+1 is available. This was costing much more than my existing unit in hill town. But still i agreed on it and asked them to start the procedure for shifting. Then they backed out saying not a single unit available now. As per them it was some software issue which showed unit to be available.
All this shows that they do not have any intent to solve our problem but just an eye wash.

It is a burden on me to pay the rent and the emi both. I am looking for a way out and want my entire money refunded.

I am contemplating a legal action, if any other buyer for same hill town is facing similar issue can mail me on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

This is bring to your notice, one largest builder name is M/s Supertech Ltd. Office Sector-58 Noida, UP.
The above company deducting service tax from there with Material contractors & Labour contractors for last so many years, but not depositing deduct service tax amount to service tax account.
If contractors asking their receipt to maintain his firm ITR, they simply telling them, you deposit from his own pocket...
