I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Supertech Trans Logistic Private Limited, specifically in my interaction with Dinesh Sharma. My recent experience with their car transfer service from Chandigarh to Bangalore was nothing short of a nightmare.

To start with, Dinesh Sharma drove my car from Chandigarh to Gurgaon without obtaining my consent. When my car finally reached Bangalore, I was shocked to find that the meter had racked up an additional 400 km. This was a clear violation of my trust and a breach of our agreement.

What followed was even more distressing. Dinesh Sharma held my car hostage and attempted to blackmail me into paying an extra 17, 000 rupees. To make matters worse, he resorted to creating fake WhatsApp accounts to post fabricated positive reviews about his services, attempting to deceive other customers.

During the entire ordeal, I was left in the dark about the whereabouts of my car for a harrowing 8 days. Dinesh Sharma consistently lied on every call and was completely unprofessional in his conduct. This experience has been horrifying and has left me feeling cheated and exploited.

We had booked the logistics company to deliver the car from Rajpura to Hyderabad. Part payment was made on 3rd June and other part was paid on 7th June. Despite making the full payment to Dinesh Sharma, the director of the company, the logistics person is asking us to make another payment to release the car.
