They provide 5 lines for CUSTOMER CARE but even a single line is useful, every time all the lines are engaged.I wrote to the CEO, CUSTOMER CARE about this but i dont think they took the matter seriously still no reply from them, even the CEO is dumb about this matter.And the their stupid zendesk chat facility is ###.Saying free delivery but charging shipping charge during checkout, when asked about this no reponse....

I had placed an order for book RRB Clerical / Non-Technical Exam (Tamil)
by V.V.K. Subburaj through online on their website http://www.surabooks.com/ on 04/Jun/2012. Subsequently I received confirmation mail also and
the amount for my order also debited from my ICICI bank account .As per their website information ,
books ordered would be shipped within 2 or 3 days .Even after three days ,I didn'r receive books ....
