We got fooled by the name Surekha fobes . We never intended to call these guys we are customers of Eurekha fobes and received call from service centre and mentioning all my personal details like last service and machine details. We thought of Eurekha and have taken AMC for 2 years which is of cost 9k. The filters were changed yesterday and we see huge difference in water quality and taste. When we approached Eurekha fobes customer care realised about this fraud. Please help getting our money back and take action against Surekha fobes.

Fake company, fake filters

I took AMC for my aquaguard from Surekaforbes for 2 year this April 2022. From last 2 month my purifier is causing a lot of trouble, however the recent problem I raised a complaint to Surekaforbes on 2nd Sept, I have been following with them since then every call they inform engineer will come in next 1 hour. Since today which is 5th of Sep their call center agent states that problem is with pump of filter which will get replace and will cost 3k with some discount. I denied for the service stating that without visiting how can you state the reason of problem that clearly inidcates that last technician who visited is already aware o[censored]pcoming problems still nothing was done. Today 5th of Sept 2022 i have made numerous call but nothing so far neither any refund been given. They are just cheating the customer

They are frauds. We dint call up for service only they only called up and came saying they are from eureka forbes. The filters they put are local filters. After 3 months it oozes out carbon material into the water. When we call back for asking them to take filter back they behaved very badly with us with vulgar words. Worst service fraud company.

After the installation of your filter, my Kent has stopped working, its started to overflow water. I want my money back 5000 rs

They are a fake company, mimicing the branded "Eureka Forbes".
Customers get easily tricked into believing they are Eureka forbes. They book service appointments, come and fix spurious parts. Even their parts are labelled very similar to Eureka Forbes.

Fake company, cheating customers by trying to mimic the branded Eureka Forbes.

So this incident recently happened to me. The AmC for my Eureka Forbes Dr. aquaguard was due. One day I get a call from Eureka Forbes claiming free check-up and also changing filters without any service charges.

I agreed and invited. The person came and explained me the AmC charges — 6500 for one year and for 2 years 9k (2k discount). He also showed me the Eureka Forbes app and the actual prices. When asked why the discount, he said it's limited offer. Meanwhile I was deciding on which plan to take, he went ahead and opened the Aquaguard, I also double confirmed from him that he was from Eureka Forbes, to which he agreed.

I decided to go with the 1 year plan and asked him on updating it through the app, for which he said app is not required and he will provide a original bill and after one day it will be updated in the app. When he took out the bill pad and just started to fill in details, I noticed the company's name on the letter head “Sureka Forbes". When questioned he said yes we are outsourced by Eureka Forbes. This created a big doubt and asked him to stop right there and close the Aquaguard telling him that I need to think about the plan. Once he completely closed the Aquaguard I said I do not want any service as they are not from Eureka Forbes.

He readily agreed but just as he was about to leave he asked for 400 rs visiting charge. I clearly denied. He called his superiors and they spoke to me very rudely. I stood my ground saying you're not from Eureka Forbes. The guy on the call instructed the man to not fit the Aquaguard and leave, but I had that already fixed before taking the decision to not go with their service.

Writing this lengthy post so that everyone's aware. They do not have a office registered on Google so that they can avoid all the negative reviews. But this is their registered address as per the biller he was going to provide me

Rachana and Avinash called us from mobile[protected]

Rachana called to my mobile number and asked my wife mobile. I gave and she contacted her and told when to send for amc renewal. since amc was expiring shortly my wife told to come for service.

a person by name Avinash contacted my wife and came within 30 mts.. he removed all the candles from the water purifier and replaced it with his sureka forbes .
my wife suspected and asked are you a new technician from eureka he said yes and he told the amount as rs.5900/-.

my wife asked why it is so high because, every year she used to pay approx rs 5000 to 5100/-. he said it was because of gst.

He also falsely told that rs.3000 has be spent for motor a it is very slow.

outlet water was continuously going our from evening.
next day my wife called that number she told technician will come and bill will come through mail but she has not asked any mail details from us nor any technician came. after that she has not picked up any call.

We came to know Surekha Forbes was a bogus company .

please help us to recover the amount of rs.5900/ and lodge police complaint.

The representative from Sureka Forbes claimed that they are partners of Eureka Forbes and they do the similar service as Eureka Forbes and provide the original filters. The AMC contract amount taken by Sureka Forbes for one year was 8200 Rs.

After few months of service by Sureka Forbes, the water purifier started leakage and we called the helpline number, for which no one responded from Sureka Forbes. Then after waiting for few weeks, we called Eureka Forbes and technician visited our house and changed it to original filters and now it is functioning good without any issues.

After all this, I tried to call Sureka Forbes helpline again and asked them for the refund of AMC amount. But I could not get any proper response from the officials of this fraud company. I need my full AMC amount of Rs.8200 as refund, but not sure whom to approach for the same. Please take necessary action and help me to get the refund.

We have been cheated by a fake company Sureka Forbes as they posed as Eureka Forbes to service our water purifier.

They even installed faulty parts that resulted in smelly water leading to health issues foe senior citizens.

We have requested full refund as they promised a 3 year contract for AMS servicing but stopped attending calls and did not attend to complaint and they are saying no refund when we asked them if they are authorized to service other company products
