Lied to gain personal info., money and access into the house

Reason for complaint: Dissatisfactory service filled with unethical practices, lies and unprofessionalism.
Incident Details:
30th June :
Received a call from [protected] saying she is from Eureka Forbes and that my Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) has expired. She asked if she can send an executive to do the service to replace cartridge and extend AMC.
10:09 AM : Received another call from [protected] saying it is the service executive and he will be visiting home.
10:19 AM - 10:39 AM: The "service executive" visited home and accessed the water purifying system for 15 min. Once he was done, he asked for a payment of Rs.4, 600 for 2 years AMC. I have attached the Gpay screenshot for this payment. He did NOT give a paper invoice. On insisting for an invoice, he said the back-office will be sending the soft-copy of the invoice.
10:48 AM: A lady called from [protected] to ask for confirmation of the service and said the invoice will be sent.
6:15 PM: Whatsapp message received from [protected] with an "invoice" attached. I have attached the invoice and whatsapp screenshot here.
My grievances:
1. The "invoice" was from some unheard imposter company called "Sureka Forbes Pvt. LTD" and not Eureka Forbes like the mentioned to me over the initial call. I was led to believe they are the original Eureka Forbes company from whom I have been getting service since many years.
2. They gained access into my house by lying to me that they are from Eureka Forbes. My property and family members were put in potential danger by this unreasonable and unprofessional act of this company Sureka Forbes.
3. I have never received a service from or even contacted Sureka Forbes before but they still somehow gained my personal details like the person in the house who was registered customer of Eureka Forbes, my phone number and my address. I never provided this data to them. You can see on the invoice that the name "Nagaraj" who is the registered customer name has been printed.
4. On 5th July 2023, an Ad has been published in the paper in Times Of India, Bangalore by official Eureka Forbes saying Sureka Forbes is posing as Eureka Forbes and selling unauthorized filters and AMC. I have attached this ad picture.
I have contacted them about this and they say they are an authorized company and the service that has been paid for will be delivered. But I am not satisfied with the service already provided because it is purely based on lies and cheating.
Desirable Resolution: I do not care about Sureka Forbes being a fraud or a law-abiding authorized company. They have used unethical and unprofessional means to gain my personal information, money, trust and access into my home. For this reason, I demand a full refund of the money I was made to pay.

Public is cautioned in dealing with Sureka Forbes a fake and a imitation company to Eureka Forbes. Sureka Forbes has done data theft from Eureka Forbes and using this data is cheating clients and sleeping in the guise of Eureka Forbes. Callers from Eureka will tell that AMC is expired ( though not expired) and gain access to illegal entry to your house. In the pretext of repairing they will replace some item and say faulty and try to extract...

AMC for Aquaquard RO filter by fraudulent company

On 23.06.2022 a service rep of the company visited my home and renewd my AMC for Eureka Forbes aquaguard RO and I paid 8300 as 2 years charges via Gpay.
After 2 hours the rep of Eureka Forbes came to my house. He pointed out to me that the earlier person was not from Eureka Forbes but from sureka forbes. They somehow obtain customer information from Eureka Forbes and cheat customers.
Very soon problems started with my RO appliance and I have been complaining daily. There is no response from the company. Now they stopped attending my calls also.
I also learnt from the internet that there is a court order against sureka forbes from servicing Eureka Forbes products.
Now I have a leaking appliance and Rs 8300 gone as I have to approach for a fresh AMC.
