Washed my t-shirt once with surf excel bar and found blue patches even after cleaning it 2 more times with different surf powder in a washing machine.
The blue patches are visible and firm to deal with.
I am looking for a compensation for my t-shirt.

I had purchased surf excel front load from jio mart. It's completely dangerous. I used two weeks got itching and skin problems. But currently my wife got major skin problem like itching and sore in hand. And it's taking dangerous seen. I will complain and i will request to consumer forum for lab test . You are playing with people we can't tolerate....

Hello, I’ve been a regular and a persistent user of the detergent Surf excel quick wash, comes in an orange and blue combination packaging. I have been using this since years now and has been the most favourite product from the entire range for a reason. Since few months now I have been noticing that this product has been changed. The packaging remained the same but there’s an addition saying (super soak technology) and the item inside has been changed which is way below the expectations. I would sincerely request the makers to bring back the same item.

Hi, I am Divyanshu and I have a complain about surf Excel companies stickers sticking on my property without my permission.

Surf excel advertising in telangana state is very bad, without any information they are stickering on mosque (masjid) wall, this is not an government property or surf excel property to advertise there add on walls.
We all Muslims of Ja ma masjid, khaji mohalla, Bhongir, bhongir yadadri district., 508116 are condemn this issue and please take an legal action on this thing..
We hope our complaint will be solved ASAP
Remove that advertised stickers from wall of mosque(jama masjid) bhongir.

I purchased surf excel pouch of Rs.10 from kirana store near by my residence and used to washed my new branded shirt (Van Heusen) of Rs.3000/-.My new brand shirt got patches of blue colour of surf excel powder.

Surf excel liquid is coming in very diluted form, previously used to be thick... Improve or we will switch to other products. This pblm is since few months, i prefer surf excel over other products previously as it used to be thick and less amount is needed for washing, but now is worse than other company liquid detergent... The produce is used by my mother so since childhood i m seeing it was best, so i also used this, but now i m disheartened to see its degraded quality

Stop the ad of holi festival showing hindu kid helping muslim boy. This is an extremely intolerant one. People are getting agitated and want to boycott the product because you must not be involving festivities to bring this issue of brotherhood. This ain't showing any secularism rather putting fire to gasoline. It doesn't stop here it had kids. And parents are angry with this involvement. It's all over social media. This advert is defaming the product and organization. No action taken will result in boycott of the product

I am using surf excel bar. It's very very dangerous. I got very bad itching, red skin, rashes and cut on the palm within few minutes which is difficult to cure soon. Finally i visited doctor for consultation of my dangerous skin situation. Its having strong chemicals as well as stone pericles too. Should take legal action with the company as soon as possible as they are playing with customers health....

Just my thoughts... Watching your ads makes me feel that kids ain't really bothered about their outfit... Which is actually not the fact.

Just trying to give you a different perspective... Parents, especially mom's are very concerned about their kids outfit when it comes to occasions...

My idea is try an ad very the parent advises her or his kid who is fuzzy about his or her clothes getting dirty. The advise must be don't worry about the dirt that may affect your clothes but do what's right...

Your ads are already meaning that... But try adding a scene where the parent advices the same... Itd touch so many hearts...

I am a regular customer of your liquid soap. I have to buy a 1.05 l bottle every month. It creates too much of plastic waste. I don't want to switch to powder but i also don't want to add to the already too much plastic waste.
Please use recyclable bottles and it would be great if you can make bigger bottles like of 5 litres or something so comparatively the usage of plastic would reduce and i can still use liquid soap. :-)

As i am hereby complaining that i had bought your product of surf excel detergent soap on 15/12/2017 in my nearby shop in pithampur, madhya pradesh. I got wound on my hands after washing my dress. I am regularly using your product for more than 2 years, this is the first time i am facing this type of problems and i also checked the water quality, it is okay and i had checked the expiry date and it is not expired. The wound is not yet cured. So please take a action for my compliance. I had attached the photo evidence. I am waiting for your response.

Sir i purchase surf excel value pack from purti bazaar mul road chandrapur maharashtra they offer surf excel bar 800gm value pack rs.76/_ in place of 86/_ but actually the seller recovered rs.82/_ and stick their own sticker of rs.92/_ which is illegal by law and it is the against of consumer protection laws. I picked up surf excel from big bazaar last month and my mom has rashes in her hand and burns in her palm not sure surf has turned out to be a disaster. Am not going to buy surf anymore it's dangerous and spread the word every where I can send pics of the burns and rashes, this is very evident it's due to surf after washing clothes immediately the itching is heavy and hand turns red. Please stop cheating people. This is sad how can well done brand do this

Soaked my clothes in a bucket with surf excel blue and after sometime the die from the clothes was almost removed.
First thought it had to do something with the cloth but it repeated again with other clothes too..

We purchased surf excel bar in oct and found stones while washing clothes. It was difficult to use bar because of stones and skin got dried, hard and skin starts coming from hand.we thought this is the first time s o we decided to leave tht. But this time again in nov when we purchased surf excel bar, same problem exists. This ia not acceptable.we have decided not to use surf excel from now.please take some action asap. I wish to bring to your notice regarding the recent ad of yours in TV. In this ad the boy comes from school and says his mother that his friend saved from his teacher with an eraser to cover his scar on shirt. Immediately his mother tells "Will you see my eraser and shows "surf excel bar". It is so idiotic are such small kids concerned with clothes wash? you r misguiding the kid comparing soap with eraser.

I soaked all my cloth in a bucket using surf excel after 2 hour i found all my clothes fade off their colour..this very painful..for next i will never use this useless detergent for my loving clothes Thanks and Regards Tahir khan [protected]

I bought a surf excel bar on 16th August 2014.
I washed my clothes in the night.
In the morning my hands were dry and iching...
today, 18th August 2014- i see a huge amount of skin coming off from my fingers...
I am tensed and really worried...

I will visit the doctor soon and see if I have to go to the consumer court to get the compensation and metal agony.

Dear Sir,

I noticed that the manufacturers have started reducing the weight of content in the packets. This has happened in the case of Surf Excel, as well as Brooke Bond Natura. There may be other products as well that are being packaged like that so that people do not realize that more money is being taken from them. I bought Brooke Bond Natura packet which weighs 400 gms instead of standard 500 gms. Likewise, Surf Excel packet has come down from 500 to 475 gms.

Another fact that I noticed is when the government increases diesel prices by 1 rupee or 2 rupees, the supermarkets increase the prices of all goods by that much. How can that be sir? I mean, the cost of transporting 1 packet of wheat flour or oil cant be equal to 1 litre diesel, isn't it? No amount of hardwork seems to help us who are working in private sector.

I wish to complaint against the recent TV Ads of Surf excel which shows a small school boy pleasing his teacher by making himself a dog because the teacher dog was died and to make the teacher happy boy goes to teacher house and start behaving like a dog...waht kind of rubbishhness and cruelty they are trying to show ? these type of ad campaign should be stop immediately as this disturb the sentiments of child and instead of showing boy as...
