Suryabala Honda Complaints & Reviews

Suryabala honda service is very poor. I am getting very bad sound from chains of my bike. Its a brand new bike. When ask them they are saying it sounds like that. But in test drive there was no sound in vehicle. They are cheating people by giving worst bikes. As they are not even interested to check the vehicle. The only answer from them will be. It will be like that.

My name is monish. I bought honda dio by ready cash on jan 10 2018 from suryabala honda-townhall. I got the delivery by signing the risk delivery form on jan 12 without a invoice. I insisted the dealer to give invoice ; but they refused to... Saying that.. There is some network issues in getting the invoice. I waited for sometime & then only they gave me the invoice copy.
They said that.. The next 4days will be the government leave.. So that we'll take the vehicle for registration on the 5th day. Days spent & i asked once in every two days about the registration. They skipped the days irresponsibly by simply saying... There is some problem with rto officers by making them late to register their vehicles & the vehicle papers are not ready. After 21 days i met the store manager and insisted for the vehicle registration... He spoke to someone & found out a fault that... They are searching for my vehicle details in east rto while my vehicle papers are already sent to south rto 14days before! They realized their fault with simply a 'sorry' by wasting my time for about 14 days! Thus 1 month is lost & i registered my vehicle on feb 1 2018.
Then comes the problem of rc book!
They said that a minimum of 28 days will take to handover the rc book. I have waited for about 2 months without any response. Then i visited the store & started insisting on the rc book... They asusally said that... There were some rto issues & they are making it late & we'll call u once the book has arrived. And i started waiting for another 1month & still no response. I still not get my rc book, even any copy from the dealer.. Its very embarrassing... I have lost my time for about 4months! Do something to make this dealers responsible of their work! And my question is that it takes about 100 days to get my rc book or more!

I was purchased honda activa 4g from surayabala honda showroom, ramanathapuram, coimbatore, after purchasing they didn't respond for the issue in our activa 4g. For fixing extra fittings the box didn't take out it was wrongly threaded. For the issue we went to the surayabala honda showroom, the sales man karupaiah, and the manager of the showroom treat like a begger. Even one word they can't utter politly. After purchasing is this your respond to the customer. Very istulting respect and respond to the customer.
