Went to suvidha centre on Thrusday, 21st June 2018, one located in district courts, ludhiana. Just wanted to updated my phone number with adahar card. First of all there is no reception or help desk to guide people. Went today at 10:00am, so that i can get the coupon or token to get served asap as have limited days to get all my work done.

SUVIDHA CENTER JALANDHAR NOT ATTENDING HIE VISITORS/ CUSTOMERS AND JUST MAKING THEM FOOL BY PLAYING WITH LAW. THIS IS BECAUSE OF AGENTS WHO COLLECT LOTS OF MONEY FROM VISITORS BY SAYING THAT THEY WILL DO THIS WORK EASILY & FASTLY.
AFTER THAT THEY JUST PAY BRIBE TO EMPLOYEES IN SUVIDHA CENTER AND SAME WORK WHICH WAS LOOKING TOUGH & IMPOSSIBLE FOR INDIVIDUAL NOW DONE WITH IN MINUTES.
THIS IS THE FACILITIES...
