Rude driver behaviour

We booked 6 sleeper AC tickets in your travels the bus scheduled was 10:30 from tirupati but it came 11:15PM.
We travelled from tirupati to Vijayawada and due to the Ac bus My father want to go for wash room since one hour we are requesting driver the door was locked from driver side.We are requesting him but we were unable to open at our end.Due to that my father in law anger as my father unable to control his urine due to sugar.And when our father in law angrily asked please stop the bus driver said and he rudely used vulguar language on our family ladies, please ask your wife to come and open and any lady from your home to open the door like that .And he beated my father in law due to they both are fought angrily...I have travelled many of travels never faced this kind of rude behaviour driver in the bus.

Reckless behaviour
21 April 2023, Friday.
The bus was booked for at 6:45pm - Vijaywada to Bangalore.
The pick up point was at Varadhi, 6:45pm.
Left by 6:15pm to avoid traffic, but due to multiple Uber cancellations got a little late, then due to traffic it got late to reach my stop. The conductor person called to ask when i would be reaching, but when i said 5 minutes and it's late because of traffic, he started to speak rude. I told him I'm coming, it's just the traffic that's getting me late., But the bus left.. i went to my stop to see no bus.
When questioned, they were speaking very rude, and very carelessly, infact a very ridiculous behaviour. This kept continuing.. till I lost my calm. They made me go all the easy to Guntur bypass stop to get into the bus.
I paid for the seat, I have a seat reserved for me, and they don't even have the sense to wait. When i tell the driver the above mentioned, he asks if i paid him ? Or is he getting money? .. just going overboard with every sentence. Very rude and reckless behaviour, very unacceptable.

Service is not upto the mark

I traveled from visakhapatnam to guntur. The bus was supposed to start on 17.4.23 at 10.05pm but it started at 11.30pm. AC is also not working properly as driver also agreed and shifted to another bus at 11.45pm. I'm supposed to reach guntur by 6.00AM on 18.4.23but they left all the guntur passengers in the vijaywada is the last stop. And said to go to guntur on our expenses. This is second time likely happened for me now. Please file a complaint and take necessary action so that no passenger will face the problem because private travels even after paying money.

Bus Delay/No proper management
My bus was scheduled at 8.35 PM, but I was sent a boarding bus at 9.30. And the actual bus is somewhere away from Bangalore, where I am still travelling to reach the actual bus. The time right now is 11.15

About seat allocation

As per Layout I have booked but I was allotted different seat since the bus was changed. This was informed after half of my journey the actual seat buyers boarded the bus and asked me to sit in different seat

worst behaviour by bus cleaners

I am a very loyal customer for svkdt travel's. Yesterday my sister travelled from bangalore to vijayawada in svkdt travel's. The behaviour by the workers in the bus are very worse. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour form this travel's. We are paying money and traveling and they are treated in very worst behaviour. They don't have the manners also how to behave with females. Please register this complaint and please give me a call i want to talk to the authority people regarding this. Don't spoil the reputation of the company by keeping this kind of stupid of people. Teach them to respect the passengers first.

Nobody will tolerate your workers criticizing humans who pay for your service. The way your cleaner and driver behaved while I'm travelling now from Hyderabad to vizag is not tolerable. I'm sure I'll get these people screwed. I'm filing a case against these people

rude behaviour of the staff..
This is to inform that i was currently travelling in the bus from hyd to visakhapatnam and felling uncomfortable in the bus regarding the staff there in the bus.. If this is strictly happened to customer i may file a suit against. Your travels, in consumer court.. And kindly look into the matter immediately or else the seviour action is taken against me and later you people have to bare the constituencies. Of this particular travels..

no hospitality

Dear sir, i have chosen svkdt travels for my journey from bangalore to ongole on 30/5/18 during the time of journey i have faced problem i. E, uncomfortable with staff behavior. The problem was due to the cold climate in and out of the bus i was hurried with urination and i requested bus driver to stop a bus for couple of minutes he stopped the bus but with "hesitation" while getting down there was a staff person sleeping on the walking path i thought of not to disturb his sleep so i jumped into the seat which was beside of the door and it is unoccupied at the same the driver started shouting on me like "why did you jumped into the seat it will become dirty". Sir, i knew the maintainance of the seat if it becomes dirty we can clean it but i[censored] people hurt the feelings of passenger they wont turn up back we are in a country where hospitality is prioritized atleast train your staff "how to treat a customer" next time onwards i won't choose ur travels "even though the ticket fare comes for free" i won't even suggest to my friends. Thank you.

Svkdt travels bus are not come in time.. Actually, my bus time is 11.30 at kurmanapalem... But 11.30 bus @ akkayalapalem.. Worest timing...

stolen my money in bus please take action

I have travelled in svktd yesterday night[protected] from vijayawada to hyderabad. Attached are the ticket details. I kept my belongings (Hand bag, purse) along with me. After i woke up in the morning. I checked out my purse. I found it empty. Somebody stolen all of the money in bus. I complained to svktd vijayawada branch office they are not at all concerned. They are telling to give police complaint and they spoke very rude to me.
Please take action on corresponding bus driver, cleaner and vijayawada office authority and try to get me my belongings cash stolen by enquiring from your end.

Today morning I booked 2 tickets from SKVDT travels..i have booked ticket from Vijayanagaram to Vijaywada.. On daily basis pvt travels will start from late evening but I have booked morning tickets.. I requested them to change the same tickets to evening..but I cancelled the tickets within 5 min but I haven't got any refund..

fraud in service: service cancellation and higher rates

This is the worst company had ever seen. I have booked a ticket from bengaluru to ongole for the journey on 24 august 2017, (Booked on 26 july 2017) suddenly on 22nd aug they called me and told me that service has been cancelled. So my entire plans to spend some quality of time with my family has been collapsed. And at the same time they are running another service at higher rates. It means they intentionally cancelled the service and kept the service under new service number for higher rates around 3000 in sfestive season. They told me that service cancelled due to non availability of rto approval. Fraud...!!! Fraud...!!! I sincerely request you to don't book tickets in svkdt even though they are offering free service. I had booked sleeper a/c bus for fare of rs 1300 well in 30 days advance from my travelling date and suddenly after 4 days they cancelled the bus and returned my fare. After 7 days they again kept the same sleeper a/c bus for rs 2300/- then i asked them y u cancelled my ticket when u r keeping the same bus. Then they told i[censored] want again u book for rs 2300/-.
So please dont book this travels these people are meant for money.

Changing the boarding at the time of travel

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to nuzivid on June 1 2016.My boarding point is jeedimetla but they changed the point to Shapur at the time of travel.This happened twice for me.Driver is not getting record of passengers in time.This caused a great inconvenience to me.how can ladies travel like this. I have faced many problems because jeedimetla area is not good for ladies to wait.I have waited there for 30mins after the bus boarding time then they made a call to me.please look into the issue and try to don't happen it again.

Canceling the bus due to small number of passengers

I made a booking with SVKDT travels on 25th January for 26th January evening from GUNTUR to HYDERABAD. The travels cancels the bus and intimates the passengers on 26th January afternoon and ask them to look for an alternative. Given it is Sunday and all other travels are already full how would one can find an alternative as need to travel on urgent basis. I am sure the Travels canceled the bus to make sure they are not in loss as the bus was not filled enough number of passengers.
This should be taken seriously and they should be punished and also I would want the agents who are supporting these travels should also be punished respectively.
