I am a victim of cheating by mr. Sudheer babu. I invested in this project called lake mist in yelahanka township in bangalore. On advice of mr anil rego, a financial planner/advisory and ceo of right horizon financial services based in bangalore, i invested my hard earned money in this project. I was told by this advisory company to pay the entire amount of 37.5 lakh upfront for this project which i did. It has been over 6 years and due to no development of this project which is in a big mess, i asked for refund. The developer issued me post dated checks but the checks bounced as expected. As a result i am ready to file a case against this developer. Please if anybody who has invested in this project wants to join hands will me to file a collective case together, please whatsapp me immediately at [protected]. Please share his information with as many investors as possible.

If we fight this together, not only will the cost be lower but also the case will be stronger and we can then address this in numerous other consumer redressal courts like ncdrc, scdrc, eow etc.

Sudheer babu who is the developer of lake mist, yelahanka in bangalore is a fraud and cheater. I invested in a plot in lake mist and he assured me return of my principal but there is some legal problem going on in this this development. As a result, i am filing a criminal case of cheating and check bouncing against him. If there is any one who has invested in this lake mist plot, please contact me urgently as i am planning to file a case against this developer in march 2019.

Be very very careful before buying any property by fraud or cheater SVS Sudheer Babu @ SUDHEER BABU SOLLIETY VENKATA SATHYA S/o Lakshminarayana.
He opens new companies and cheats people. He creates two orignals and surrenders one original with financial associates and are not entered in Book I where usually u see. As he pledges the bulk property, individual sites are not visible with EC or etc. Be careful
