Dear sir/madam
There is a empty plot from last 15 years just neighbourhood to my house which is using for garbage dump and people staying in the slum area openly defecate there. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquito and flies. We are facing huge health problem due to the this unhygienic condition.
Request you to kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

@pmoindia @swachhbharatapp @swachhbharat i want to highlight the current ongoing issue in the area named street no 3, new suraj nagri, abohar punjab. I am attaching photographs of the street showing blocked sewage unauthorized blockage of roads, uneven construction by residents without municipal committee permission. The monsoon are about to come which causes water logging will lead to diseases like malaria dengue and chicken gunia. Even my city ranked as the ten top most dirtiest city of india under swachh bharat abhiyan. Require assistance so that the citizens of the area can live healthy and hygienic life. People themselves added more soil in streets and made the roads uneven.

The municipal body doesn't come to collect garbage for weeks and months. There are other wards in the town where the municipality comes regularly a. I thing this is disrespect to our prime minister who is making hard efforts to make india clean. I request you to please help us.

We want to bring in your kind notice, that we are the residents of paras estate no.1 basti peer dad, leather complex road, jalandhar city. The condition of this area is very worst, we are facing too much problem for disposal the kitchen garbage. Not any dust bin are provided in this area for storage the garbage of this locality, in rainy season wild grass are spreading, snakes are frequently seen in this area. Mosquitoes are breading due to the accumulation of rainy water in this area. No approaching area safely such as roads are not completed after provision of the sewerage in this colony since eight months passed. Please look into this matter urgently and arrange to solve this problem.

Frequent action is required on these points:-

1) dust bin are provided in this area for storage the garbage to maintain the swachh bharat abhiyan.
2) arrange to remove wild grass and make the provision to spray the mosquitoes killer gas in this area for healthy environment.
3) arrange to built roads in this area for safely approaches as the sewerage pipe line has been already completed since eight months back.
4) in some area high voltage electric wires are passing near by from the residence building it is very dangerous for human life, please arrange to replaced it with single cable as provided in the rest colony.

There is no garbage collection or dustbins in my area and also there is no proper drainage system in my area. We don't know where these waste to be kept away. This is the major problem currently we are facing.
Kindly do the necessary actions on this complaint and do the needful.

Sir there is underground sevarage line in my street and it is blocked which causes insects and bad smell at sevarage cap. The water of sevarage comes out from the hole and speeding on road and causes difficulty for paddlers,
. So please kindly solve the manhole blockage problem in my street.

सर में राजस्थान अजमेर जिले के ब्यावर सहर की में सिटी मेवाड़ी गेट के अंदर एक डिपू है जिसकी सफाई जिस तरीके से होनी चाहिये उस तरीके से नही होती ओर तो ओर पूरे सिटी का कचरा इसी डिपू में आता है जिससे अनेक गन्दगी पैदा होती है आप से मेरा ये निवेदन है कि या तो इसे सिटी से बाहर किया जाये या अन्यथा इसपे एक गेट लगाया जाये जिस प्रकार से कही जगह चारो ओर लोहे से पैक किया जा रहा ठीक उसी प्रकार से अनेक शादी समारोह गार्डन के दोने पत्तल इस डिपू में लाये जाते है जिससे सड़न पैदा होती है व हमारे माशूम बच्चो के बीमार होने का हर वक़्त डर सा लगा रहता है अतः वाक्य में स्वच्छ भारत अभियान है तो हमारी जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की जाये

I am a resident of ward no. 13, new colony, tinsukia, assam. This area is one of the most dirtiest places. The municipal body doesn't come to collect garbage for weeks and months. And whenever they come to pick garbage they demand extra money from every household, the ward commissioner encourages this act very shamelessly. There are other wards in the town where the municipality comes regularly and demands no money. I thing this is another sight to CORRUPTION and disrespect to our prime minister who is making hard efforts to make India clean. I request you to please help us.

Dear prime minister my name is rohan vishwakarma from (Daudwa madhya pradesh 451111) there is not dustbin and people are throwing garbage on the roads and putting the garbage in fire which is producing a lot of smoke and gas that spread in the environment and spoiling this beautiful place.
People are giving excuse that it doesn't come under mcd that's why there is not facility so please leave action my complain

Respected Prime Minister,
I the resident of Kundalahalli gate., Marathahalli Bengaluru, facing a huge issue of Mosquito's every where in the city. This don't allow me and people of this city to roam freely during Weekends, as this are the only time we
go out, else then our office!!
I believe that mosquito bites should not be the reason for us to cancel our plan and remain indoors during the only time we can relax in 7 days that too in one of the most developed and costliest city of India.
Please help us as because of this we can't sit outside or even walk on roads, it is making life difficult.
I hope you will understand the discomfort in my writing and help us to get rid of these blood sucking mosquito's.

I woluld like to report garbage dumping issue at following location

I would like to inform you that we are suffering from un proper garbage handling in our area. People in these area are throwing garbage in close vicinity to our house and that also on road side. The garbage is keep on piling up in that area and nobody is clearing this garbage from so many months. We contacted local MC of ward no. 1 Balachaur so many times, but that resulted no action from his side. There is a designated garbage point in that area, but people are not throwing garbage over there . We tried telling people not to throw garbage near by our home, but they never listen to us.
Empty plots in our vicinity are becoming public toilet now. This is causing health problem to us living in this area.
I humbly request you to kindly look into this matter and help us keeping our city clean.
We are suffering a lot from this un-hygenic environment in our area.
I hope you will surely look into this matter and we will get some permanent solution for that.

It is very important for us to live in clean localitiy but only people undrstand this. If i try to clean it others do not take it seriously. I want you to take strict action towards swachata of my locality.
Garbage should be stored in some bucket provided in colony but it is not aplicable in my colony
Here people throw there waste in a plot which is harmful for us it smells very bad.

Near my shop drains are open from last 25 years, we did all the things to cover it and stop doing toilets publicly. But no one showing interest in that. Everyone put garbage in the drain only so the problem of blockage created everytime. I complained to bihar municipal but still it open. For this we are facing problems everyday like bad smell, passing through that area and even more thing. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue. You can do a surprise visit also, so you will get to k now the actual thing. Not only near my shop even near hospital drains are open, by municipality every alternate day do the cleaning by removing the waste from drains and put the wastes on the road only. The problem is the public of chhapra not so active or we can say open minded by not putting garbage in drains or on roads. Whole chhapra is suffering from this kind of thing. If trying to give some suggestions they took into wrong way and act like i am throwing on roads not near your home. So, i want to please give focus into this issue very seriously. At last not only in chhapra, in whole india. One more suggestion if you make a law against throwing garbage should be charged so that we should be in control.

सर आपसे निवेदन है कि इंदौर जिला चिकित्सालय की सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान दिलवाईये। में पिछले चार दिन से जिला चिकित्सालय जा रहा हु वहा अस्पताल के अन्दर ही गंदगी बहुत ज्यादा है। दिन भर अस्पताल परिसर में सुवर घूमते रहते है। अस्पताल में इतनी बदबू आती है कि उल्टियां होने लगती है। डिलेवरी रूम के बाहर कीचड़ ही कीचड़ है। मेरी बहन जो सिर्फ दस मिनिट के लिए अस्पताल में गई तो उसको उल्टियां होने लगी। बहन की भी तबियत खराब हो गई।
सर मेरा आपसे हाथ जोड़ कर निवेदन है कि जिला चिकित्सालय में जल्द से जल्द सफाई करवाई जाए।।

All waste material of naali comes in our home because safai karamchari doesnt come on regular basis he comes after 15 to 20 days.. As we live in comercial area no body bother for dis.. All neghbiours throw thier waste material in naali and we have to bother for this...in our row one shop who's sewerage construction is not well and v said him many times to repair it for proper flow of adqecant (Naali)... Pls do needful as soon as possible

Our surpanch is not doing his job properly, his behaviour is total partial, he has told to everyone that he is not doing any kind of work in my village sundarpura (Kotputli) dist kaipjur. Our respected pm sir has gave a vision of clean india, but our surpanch has totaly denied this vision, due to dirty in my village mostly person was suffred. Sir, gaav ke sarpanch and upsarpach ne puri fund gadbad kar rakha hai.. Agar koi fund upar se release hota hai to unke ghar ka kaam chalta hai... Gaav ka pura pani gaav ke beech me johad me ikthaa ho gaya hai... Koi sunvai nahi kar raha... Gaav ke kuch lgo ne pani ka nikas bhi band kar diya... Bdo mdm ne ek din bhi gaav me aakar check nahi kiya ki kya ho raha hai.. Uper leval ke logo ko pm sahab ne swach bharat clear bharat ke liye bola hua hai but un logo ko ac office se bhar aane ka man hi nahi karta hai.. Sarpanch har jagha apni manmani kar rahe hai...

Gaav ke beech me johad.. School ke bilkul pass me hai but kisi ko kuch dikhai nahi deta.. Sab sirf apne liye kar rahe hai.. So request to you please solve our village problem... Sir smart village jab banege jab vaha kaam hoga.. Yaha to log apna ghar basa rahe hai

My Neighbor, Mr. Balin Kalita have a cow ranch, and he also dump all cow pat in front of my house. So that I am facing so many problems during rainy season. Actually I have a 3.5 years old child and he always suffering in stomach problem due to bad smell. So please kindly take a right action and save us.

I did a complaint on Swacchta app as a dumping yard developed near our residence but mal & bias process of Search abhiyan didn't acted a bit.
It seems it totally failing initiative. And ultimately it's a ruin of PM approach because of non active staff he is having in the authorities.
I am very disappointed by this & never going to participate in such missions.

The people staying in hut on road side are making the street unhygine and attending to their nature calls on road. Its also a walk way for the childrens of St columbans girls school. Hope the authorities take up necessary action. This has become daily nuaisance with them. Inspite of requesting them they are not ready to listen, all they want is freebies and makes other suffer. The entire street stretch in so ugly and we cant even walk . Wish the concern authority takes up the issue strongly .

The vehicle's driver for collecting waste. Do not drives upto our home when requested extremely arrogant behaviour and now stops event far. making us walk a distance even longer for disposal of waste . when asked the reply received " hamhe tu baega kese kaam kre ..an yhi rokunga as yha task fhekne".
This behaviour may leads to dispute.

Such arrogant and illmannerd driver should not be appointed as such way of talking with ladies is untollarable.
Please take appropriate action as soon as possible
