This is a fraud company, cyber cell take action

These two sites have their payment portal open. So you end up paying for orders, but never get a response, or the products you ordered. Their contact nos. and emails are 100% FAKE. You will never get a refund either. No one picks up the phone, or the number is always "switched off" or "not available". BEWARE - They have another website called imitti.com - SAME ISSUE!

I paid Rs. 300 for Lindt chocolate. It has been 15 days since I ordered. I have not received the product. I am going to file police complaint with Cyber police station Pune

I had placed an order Order #NNV9Z on 3/8/23 for Tiranga barfi from ram bhandar Varanasi worth ₹586 paid via paytm. They are not picking calls no email reply. They have looted and are fraud !!!

They are not picking calls have fraudulently looted the money no update no email reply.

I ordered allahabad Samosa and Hing from swadindia site more than 20 days back. Total payment was made using my debit card.
Order No was - Order #AJ0AS.
These frauds mentioned that material will be delivered in 7 days. Its more than 2 weeks now. I wrote a strong mail also in cust care. No response. This is a fraud site and I will formally launch a complaint into cyber crimes now. These frauds just loot public money and our Police and Govt is allowing such frauds. Complaints to cyber crime may prevail some justice.

Beware- Never order from this site. You will lose your money and there will be no one to hear you. Rest its your choice.
I will also find out who is the owner of this site swadindia. He is the main culprit running this online fraud.

Hi, I placed an order from this so called SwadIndia.in website which claims to do online intercity sweets/food delivery. The payment was made 100% advance for an order from Kayani Bakery in Pune.

The order id and all details are shared but the no shared is not responsive and no one picks up the call. Please beware its a fraud company and there is no way you can get a refund or contact the owner.

FYI - The way they have presented seems a proper authentic platform with website having SSL certificate and also running google ads for marketing activities, but please note its a fraud company.

Order taken, seller stops responding. Nothing is delivered, no refund.

PROBABLY A TERRORIST FUNDING SITE

I ordered from Swadindia.in on July 31st. (Order #IOYI7).
I was charged 830 Rs and was promised delivery of product by 7th Aug. I have sent multiple follow ups via emails asking for the status of my product but there is no response at all. Tried calling them at their phone number listed on website. Also sent WhatsApp msgs or and sent multiple emails to their support mailbox but no response at all.

They took payment but never sent product. Also not refunding my money.

I ordered jasmine tea online from website www.swadindia.in on June 4 2022 with the order #G8BDA, however, neither the product was delivered nor they refunded my money.
