I have ordered a jersey from Swagshirts where I got the smaller size delivered and I mailed for a return but no replies have been given and ive mailed a several times after that, no messages has been replied or answered. The return policy shows that 7 day return is available but the vendor is trying to avoid me.

I Try to purchase A Tshirt from Swag Shirts on June 29, 2022 and it cost Rs 599 and i paid online by upi (amazon pay) 341333 this is the order id they gave to me, they tell it take 7 days to reach the product .Today onwards their site is not opening

I've ordered 3 t-shirts from this site on 11th jun18 for my kids and me, made the payment through debit card and now the products are still not delivered. The site promises delivery in 7 days. Now when I call there is no response and none of the queries are answered which are posted through the messages from me. Last update was on 21st Jun saying that it's dispatched but they are not giving track ID..and no respond.
