I placed order number 15579 on 20th October 2022 for 597 Rs for purchase of 4 toys. I have sent many email messages to them but received no response. I tried contacting them on the phone number[protected] but there is no ringtone. This is a scam website and the owners must be arrested....

Hi, i had placed the order on 26th of June 2022, and made the payment also after that I got confirmation over the mail too, but till now they are not to my emails or not providing any info regarding shipping my order, they seems fake to me, so want to raise complaint for them, so that relatable authority can take strict action to them....

I ordered on the 14th April 2022 a remote control airplane (Order # 10640) and paid through netbanking but unfortunately till today there is no communication nor product delivered from the Swanky Store till today. The contact number mentioned on their site is wrong (only 7 digit instead of 8)

I have ordered an aeroplane toy for my kid on swankystore.in ...i was able to make an payment online but post payment i am not getting any acknowledgement nor confirmation from them... I tried to reach them but in vain...totally fraud companies...never trust china makes nor companies which market china products...police should stop these activities...

I have ordered toy for my child on 27march 2022 but after 1 week no response or any tracking detail provided. My order number is #7070. They(swankystore.in) are totally fraud and looting the hardly earned money from customers. I also raised a police complaint against them in my local police station. Also going to consumer court for 1000rs only because they are looting whole india like this....

I ordered a jeans but got a different pair instead of the one I ordered. It was for cash on delivery. I checked for return request and now they're declining to recognize order ID or order no. etc. And when I simply try to track it by putting the order details it says no information available. What nonsense. I dont think I will get my money back, will I?...
