ORDER #17443 was purchased online on 6th Nov from Swanky store whose email id is: [protected]@gmail.com
The order has still not arrived. To add to the woes, the store wouldn't revert to any of my emails.

I have placed 2 orders (DANCING CACTUS TALKING TOY) on https://swankyshop-in.myshopify.com/ and i paid the amount for both orders (398+398).

But I didn’t get any update for order confirmation or delivery… it is a fraud company…
Please consider my complaint..

I have paid the amount of 398+398 for both orders but I didn’t get any update for my order or delivery..

I placed order number 15579 on 20th October 2022 for 597 Rs for purchase of 4 toys. I have sent many email messages to them but received no response. I tried contacting them on the phone number[protected] but there is no ringtone. This is a scam website and the owners must be arrested.

Paid 398 rupees for the 3d sand item, but not received the item. No reply for email also. Request to take care and stay away from such frauds

Hi, i had placed the order on 26th of June 2022, and made the payment also after that I got confirmation over the mail too, but till now they are not to my emails or not providing any info regarding shipping my order, they seems fake to me, so want to raise complaint for them, so that relatable authority can take strict action to them.

I ordered on the 14th April 2022 a remote control airplane (Order # 10640) and paid through netbanking but unfortunately till today there is no communication nor product delivered from the Swanky Store till today. The contact number mentioned on their site is wrong (only 7 digit instead of 8)
Sent mail to their official ID :[protected]@swankystore.in but no reply !...

I ordered a airplane of rs 199 and paid with paytm the amount is debited from my account on 16 april but the order is not recieve. The company did not approach me and did not give any details

I have an online purchase of " Flying Fairy Doll " dated 15/03/2022 Order #4367. I pay online as per the price of Rs.299/- to SWANKY STORE. I have not received the ordered item to date.

I also many times complain about its website but do not respond his side.

I ordered a toy for my son on Mar 21st 2022. It's been a month now since I got the product. I wrote several emails to them. Tried reaching them through phone and Instagram. No updates.

I ordered a jeans but got a different pair instead of the one I ordered. It was for cash on delivery. I checked for return request and now they're declining to recognize order ID or order no. etc. And when I simply try to track it by putting the order details it says no information available. What nonsense. I dont think I will get my money back, will I?
