Order was placed for 3 items including Rajwadi Chywanprash. Rajwadi Chywanprash was not delivered. They do not respond to emails nor pick up the phone. This is a fraud company and cheaters and should be nabbed asap.

Till today i have not received the order, I have called customer care no proper response them

I ordered online 2 items and paid the money but they haven't delivered any product, not giving any replies, always delaying my order, they're fake person, don't buy from this site. I tell my friends also to not buy from them.

I had ordered some products from them for cod.
Everytime i call them they will say it has been dispatched. But they would not have dispatched.

Luckily i'm cod and would not receive the product.
They still insist they will send. My gut tells me they will send half products and try to dupe me or send expired products..
Please do not even bother to look into this site

I have booked two bottles of 60 tablets of ayurvedic tablets and made online payment for the same but they delivered two bottles of 30 tablet but till today they have not made refund and not making response. It is a fake fraud company consisting cheaters and frauds. Don't book anything in it as they are waiting to cheat the customer. Number of times called but no response to even mail and whatsup.

There was an order cancelled by swasthyashopee and they didn't provided my refund as well.

I ordered on this website with order no 7154 in april. The payment was deducted and there was no response from them for 1 month.
I called them after 15 days and they said that the payment was received but the website had some problems. After that i tried calling many times, but they would not pick the calls or reply on the email.

I have written many emails to them regarding refund but after 1 month they are still asking if i want refund.

Please don't buy anything from this company. They will just keep your money and never respond.

This website is being run by some stupid startups it can not full fill your any order on any cost they r just a fake startup just see there costumer service they r just trying to pull money in a shoter time fake company nd sepically ‭this[protected]‬ number guy from there costumer support is seriously a #
In my order they first booked my order then them self canceled the order without even informing me and the guy on this number was sound like that i m talking to an illitrate person

I have ordered rs: 1000 /- worth products on the above website after on oct, 06 2016
They have sent message you order cancelled for some items which worth rs:820 /-
But they have refunded only rs: 690 /- which is low then the amount i have to received!
I have already sent mail to [protected]@swasthyashopee.com but no response from the person!
Desirable:immediately refund the whole amount and cancel my order

I have purchased the chopachini choorna 20 bottles of 60grams each for Rs 1380/-, i have received the product on 25/8/2016 after 17 days of ordering and the product was near to expiry date 11/2016.
When i have contacted consumer care of swasthyashopee they behaved very rude manner and at last agreed to return the product with the assurance of refund of money and courier charge.
I have couriered the same product weighing about 1890grams through professional courier, they have charged me about 460/- rupees for courier from mangalore to, kota rajastan.
After 1 week i have contacted consumer care and requested to refund the money and courier charge..then they agreed to refund the product amount and not agreed to refund the courier charge of 460/- rupees, after repeated requisition they agreed to pay 50/- as a courier charge. but while refunding the amount they refunded only 40/- rupees. i have lost around 420/- rupees by swasthyashopee.com
