Swipe elite 4g mobile purchased in flipkart and after 15days the battery blasted amd mobile got damaged even finger injured due to thiser care no is not working and no one giving service for damged one. I loss my money and i got injured due to not good quality phone. Flipkart people also not taking care about this. Please take the necessary action against this.

        Maine apna phone (Swipe elite plus) 12 march 2018 ko service center me diya tha. Service center vaala bolta hai ki mobile head office chali gayi aur vaha se koi reply nahi aa raga hai. Costumer care ka no. Bhi 2 month se band hai. Mera phone warranty me hai, nahi ban raga hai to mujhe naya phone diya jaaye.

          This phone is not working properly. It is not able to attend any call. It remains continuously in hang position.. Even it is not able to call any number. It regularly misplaces the contacts and also net is not working properly in this device. Just want to return this phone.. It is in warranty period but there are no service centre in city soo please give possible resolution.

            What the hell is happening in this phone. No network is coming, phone is full of hang, inbuilt apps are not working, couldn't attend cal's sometimes. Full of problem's. Why are you cheating the customer. Its not at all fair. If this continues i'm gonna file a petition against the company for giving this type of phone.
            Clock is not working, i cannot add any account in my phone. Contacts are missing, photos are not coming in galary so an so. How can someone use such a phone with all these complaints.

              After more than two weeks of waiting, i have received my replaced battery from siddu communications, kodambakkam, chennai on 26th march 2018.

              To my surprise, after returning home, i found that siddu communications has given me 1500 amph battery instead of original 2000amph battery that i had given for replacement.

              When contacted your service center, they didn't provide sufficient reason and asked me to contact customer care. I have sent a mail to swipe the same day but yet to receive any reply. Please address the issue on immediate basis as i have suffered a lot in the last two weeks calling your service personnel for battery replacement.

              Otherwise, i have to escalate the issue to appropriate authorities.

              My invoice bill given to me while buying the phone and xerox copy of the battery given to me now are attached herewith for your reference and immediate action.

                I hv purchased swipe elite sense phone frm flipkart (Bill date-07.03.2017).
                My mobile has a hanging issue... It hangs for many days & then i hv to take it to service center (It neither shut down nor works).

                The charging slot is also not working till date i hv purchased 3 chargers of this mobile brand. But still very slow charging..& i hv to adjust the position of the mobile a lot to make it charge.

                Last month, i took my mobile to swipe service center.. But they only updated the software & did nthg for charging.
                Also, software issue is still there.

                    Me apna phone customer care pe le k gya or unhone thik karne k baad mujhe bin back panel k phone vaps kar diya or jab mene manga to bola aap ko de diya mene bola okh then aap cctv me recording dikha do but unhe dekhna he nhi aata tha to unhone mera number le liya or bola ki me aap ko video send kar dunga na to vo video bheji or na he back panel dene ko taiyari hai me last saturday 20 se he preshani me hu pleas take some action against them
                    IThere is no responce from last one month when i am calling to custemer care ([protected]) of swipe mobile. before that they told me repair was done, device has to be dispach to serviece center avail to collect there. but there is no progress since three months.
                    i think so many of swipe mobile users facing this problem.

                      My mobile is in warranty (Six months old). Home key or back key not working right now. When i go to service centre in jaipur for resolve my problem. But they reduce to took that mobile and saying the swipe is near to close so parts not available so they cant take my mobile. I tried swipe customer care no. Many times but no. Is still busy. The customer care no. Not working. What should i do with this mobile. Then what is the mean of warranty.
                      Ibought the swipe elite phone in June 2027 and with in in two months it's touch screen stopped working.since 4 months I am trying to contact swipe customer care but no response.

                            I have bought swipe elite sense from flipkart on 22-may-2017. Now my phone is not working. It's only showing only swipe symbol. When i touch finger print scanner is very hot. If i get any call also i can't see the number and can't even attempt the call. It's only showing swipe symbol. I don't understand what to do now. I goes to service centre but they not solve my problems 1st time i goes to service centre of swipe mobile they send my charger head office of swipe mobile and my chargee come within 30day but not working properly. Again i visit the service cetre they open my mobile but could not correct my mobile. And new problem are generated in my mobile. Mobile heat ang hang on that time i told them. They are excuse me for software update but software in not update in my phone in service centre. They told me leave the phone for sending again in head office for 30 days. But hows this possible.

                                I bought a swipe elite 4g phone from flipkart and i received it on 01 september 2017. It was a gift to my mother and i sent it her on the next day. She started using the phone after a week and it was noticed that the sound quality is very poor and the phone cannot be used. I wrote to flipkart customer care and they have given me the details of swipe service centres. I contacted the centre at trivandrum and gave the phone for repairing. After three weeks of continuous phone calls and visits, i got the phone back on first week of november. They claimed that they have changed the mike of the phone and now it works perfect. They even charged me rs. 450 and their attitude is very unprofessional. Again, once we started using, we noticed that the problem persists and it is much more noisy than before. I dont know what should i do next..

                                  I have purchased swipe elite mobile phone (Imei[protected], imei-2 [protected]) on 23 aug through flipcart. After 6 months it has many problems like heating, hanging, touch and jack has also damaged. So on 10th june i went to service center (Neha technology 10-a madan mohan malviya marg opp p. K bhawan near sikandarabaad chauraha hazratganj lucknow) to repair it. They submitted my handset for repairing. After one and a half month i got it back but i found that all problems were same in handset nothing was repaired even that touch was absolutely not working. When i found that i can't use that handset with so many problems. I went to service center again and told the problems. They gave me another address of service center named om sai communication address hari tower shop no. 13 behind shri ram tower meerabai marg lucknow. I went there with handset. They also submitted my handset and i have not received it till now. So please take a look in this matter and solve these issues...

                                          Swipe elite sense-4g with volte mobile imei no.[protected], s/no.[protected] was procured through flipkart on 09 mar 2017. After 4 months use it started giving following issues.
                                          1. Mobile is dangerously getting heated up while charging
                                          2. Mobile remains always hot either in use or unused
                                          3. Battery holds charge for 1-2 hours only
                                          4. Repeated charging is required to maintain 1-2 hour use
                                          Item is under warranty.
                                          Flipkart refused to entertain this issue.
                                          Suggest solution to replace or rectification by giving correct service centre address with contact numbers which can undertake this issue in bubaneswar or cuttack.
                                          Mails sent to you on this regard are not replied so far.
                                          Hope to hear from you a good solution.

                                          In April 2016 I purchased Swipe Elite phone through Flipcart. my phone touch screen broken for that I gave mobile to service center on 23rd Aug 2017. but still not repaired. When ever I calling every time asking for two days time. Swipe care- [protected] people telling get the work order number, which service center people not ready to give.

                                            I have purchased swipe elite in december 2016 from flipkart.com and battery problem started in May 2017. when contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i leave ( ~30 Km). As my phone is under warranty I want a replacement for the battery. Kindly help in this regards. Apart from this I also have the various other problems mentioned by some of the elite customers mentioned in this forum. But right now I will be happy if the battery is replaced with a working one.
                                            On 2nd June 2017(before 2 months), i bought a handset of swipe elite plus..order no-OD[protected] from flipkart. previously it was showing the heating problem..and now it is totally shout down..i have one year warranty card also..and i want refund..
                                            I have given my swipe elite plus on 2017/07/06 in global connexion and services nirman vihar. They told me i will receive the phone with in 15 days. But its being 45 days haven't received my phone yet. What the hell is wrong with your new phone company. Give the service or else get a side from india market. Don't make us fool. Solve my issue soon.

                                              This are as below mentioned-

                                                I purchased the phone on 5th october from flipkart. (Order no:0d[protected], imei no:[protected], grand total:5499) after about 3 months the phone got heated and afterwards didnt switch on. I gave the phone to the asramam flipkart consumer care to repair it. After 1 month of frustatation i finally recieved the phone on 26th may. On 27th may the phone suddenly went too hot and hanged for a while. Now i am confused and i dont want a repair but a refund. If not then i will soon file a case in the consumer court.

                                                    I bought Swipe Elite Plus phone in Dec 2016 from Flipkart. In Feb, 2017 it stopped working. I send emails to Flipkart and contacted service center - ADR Technologies, Ernakulam. I gave my phone to repair on 14th March, 2017. Today is16th May, 2017. Still I don't get my phone repaired. Service center Ph. numbers are [protected], [protected] which were not working. I contacted Swipe and their reply is

                                                    Greetings From Swipe Technologies,

                                                    As per the mention work order details this is to inform you that your case got rejected, request you to kindly contact the respective service center for further procedures.

                                                    Don't buy any item from Swipe as their product is of poor quality and poorest service too.

                                                      I purchased the phone on 18th July. After 5 months that's on January 2017 its battery got swollen & there were some more issues so I visited nearest service center that is ShreeRam service center in kalewadi, pune. The phone was under repair for 4 months, I got it back that too after so many calls & visits to service center & dealing with there arrogant attitude. Finally I get the phone back on 15th May with the phone having 4 big noticeable dots on screen which is horrible don't know what was happening from January to May at your service center. Also the service provider says that the battery charge 750 Rs it to be paid. I gave the phone back & filed other complaint for the dots that appear on screen. But I didn't receive any job sheet. Your server is not open nor do you people receive calls. whats the proof that i will get my phone back now that I don't have any job sheet.

                                                          Swipe elite — i purchased swipe elite on 23rd nov 2016 and was very happy to see the price as well as with the first look of mobile but after 4 months o[censored]sing getting frequent problems while using and contacting customer care for solution is biggest problem.

                                                          Issue 1
                                                          It was because of my mistake that it got fall down from 4th floor so i paid the money for changing touch folder and paid 3000 rs but didn't get the white color folder even after waiting for almost 1 month

                                                          Issue 2
                                                          One day suddenly my phone display goes and when i visited customer care they mentioned that battery is not working because of some issue in connect small card and it require to pay 1000 rs to replace with new battery and as it's not available today so you need to come after 15 days

                                                            I am also facing the same problem.since last month my swipe elite plus phone battery was totally dead and I bring my mobile into service center which is located in chennai.they charge Rs 900 for battery replacement.now again I am facing the same issue...don't buy swipe elite plus...waste of money
                                                            I had replaced my swipe elite phone battery from the authorized service center of Swipe, SEVEN Services, Bhopal and purchased a new one at Rs.850/- (They said that the old battery costs Rs 100, so they relieved me of Rs. 100/-). Got the battery on 27 Jan 2017 and even from the beginning it didn't last longer than an hour. Finally in May 2017 it has totally stopped working, it has also expanded. The seven services men are not responding, they say that they have shut down the service center. I believe they gave me a used battery. The Swipe customer care number is always unreachable. And I am fed up of their services and their mobile.
