Bekhar service...Faltu people... No one cares you even after scolding them...Thu Thu useless people...I want to kill that service center guy.
My phone got dead...Then I went to service center, I gave the phone on December 15, 2016. Till now (February 25, 2017) I didn't get my phone.
My suggestion is please don't buy any swipe brand phones that make your life worst...

Every time I tried to switch on the phone it switch off...When I met with your Jammu service centre regarding about this complaint they said it was a minor software problem but they didn't resolved it n Sent the cell to main head service centre somewhere in Pune...It's about a month ago still not get my phone...What a bad service you provided to your customers n make them harrass too...If you are unable to resolve my problem then bring me the new handset if dont then you guys are push me to knock the door of consumer court...

I have bought this phone 4 months back.My swipe elite plus has not been working. I have visited authorised service centre. For last 4 days my phone is with them. When I have called them they told me phone is repaired and I can collect it. But when I have reached there centre after traveling for an hour they told me that phone is not yet repaired and they will call me up in evening to give the status of the phone. They don't care about the problems customer suffer for reaching there service centre. I really got frustrated by there behaviour.

I purchased a mobile phone in month of 14 June 2016.
and phone was in warranty period.
i submitted it to service center on 14 November 2016, it tooks more than 1 month still didnt repair.
whenever i talk just they replied status is pending for material despatch.
They suggest me to wait 7 to 8 days, after 7 to 8 day there is no progress.
still same and again they suggested to wait 10 day's.
i am frustrated by this type of service...
and phone was in warranty period.

I had bought the swipe elite mobile phone 3 months before, phone is switched off immediately now phone is not getting switched on i think there might be software or battery issue. the phone is in the waranty period . swipe elite have very bad products
I'm not getting my phone after 3 months and the company members are not taking it seriously and they always delaying the date given by them.

we have purchased swipe elite mobile through flipkart. but within 30days we found problen in touch pad so we returned to respective athorised costomer care in mangalore that is "CHANDU SERVICES". but after that its been almost 30days for today. still we didnt get it back. we called severel time to flpikart aswel as chandu service centre but der was not proper responce.
so kindly requesting you to help me in getting back my valuaable mobile phone.

Battery issue

I have battery issue and the battery was handed over to their service center on 11/aug/2016 but till today (15/nov/2016) i have not recd. Battery.
Whenever i called them they are giving false commitment and give 10 days time to get battery but till today i have not recd. The same.
Can some one guide me that how to su them?
Withing three months i have faced two time issue with this handset.
Even frequently i am requesting them to refund the money or replace the instrument but they are not ready to do this.
It is not advisable to go with any swipe mobile and i feel that govt. Must banned such importer to sell such product. I feel that i am cheated by purchase this product.

I was purchased mobile last year and in warranty period i am facing problem with battary. Also i was ordered battary from service center in last month. But no rply from service center they replyed battary not avalable in company... how is this possible if company sell mobile it need to be availabe the accessories..

I have ordered elite 2 battery on October 18, 2016, but still not I have got my battery. My order number is OD-CUT-TT-572. Please do necessary and immediate step to solve my problem. The battry of the phn swollen and now unable to get fit in back case...due to its swollen condition it also made the screen tear off...and now...the biggest tthreat...the battry is nowhere avalable in rohtak and...if even i trevel to another city the battry is estimated to come after 10 days according to the costumer care unit in jind/...the phone was a ball of fire every time it gets chrged ...but i ignored all that ...and noe th problem of battry, ...not just the battry but ...he screen too is broken now...and it just feels to cry when we dint get the things right on time...plzz plzzz plzzz make sure the avablity of battry as soon as possible and open the store i rohtak too...sio thta others may ot get those prolems...

Mobile became useless within 8 months

The mobile was bought by me in 1st. September 2015 through online purcahse as soon as it was launched for rs. 5999/. It became hot while being charged and used for more than 15 minutes and required charging twice a day.in the month of may 2016, the battery got swollen and the back cover could not be put on. I tried for battery at all possible stores and in the swipe customer care unit, cuttack but they refused about its availability.
This is the way the company loots the customers.

I had purchased swipe elite plus on 11th June 16 my phones display was damaged by me I had given phone 2 service center on 15th june 16 they told it will be go in physical damage and m ready 4 that and m ready 2 pay 2500rs for display as they told me but still now 27july 16 there is no response from service center every time they r giving same reason part is not available in company we will call when its get repaired... My point is i[censored] don't have spare parts then y u r manufacturing these kind of phones... We r buying phones 4 use not 2 keep in service center if you can't give this type of simple service then lock it ur third class company

Service to delay for swipe elite mobile

I had purchased the swipe elite mobile during oct-2015.
The display got problem in the mobile during 1st june 2016.
Since the mobile is in warranty period we had given the mobile phone to service centre in chennai on 12th jun'16.
But still now the mobile phone was not serviced and the service centre is telling that spare display has not came till now.
I had not seen this much of worst case in servicing the mobile.
For changing the display, they are taking this much of time. Then how the customers will buy this mobile.
I strongly inform my friends not to buy this mobile, as the service is very very poor.
The display got problem in the mobile during 1st june 2016.

I have purchased swipe elite mobile through flipkart.i am sorry to say that it is the worst mobile have ever purchased.within 6 months the battery got damage due to which display also not working.i went to service centre at kalyan but service centre refused to accept my complaint instead of accepting my complaint service centre asked me to pay rs 2900 as maintainance charge.i have purchased the mobile on 5/1/2016 & it was delivered to me on 11/01/2016 order id OD[protected].kindly resolve my complaint.

I had buy swipe elite on November 2015. after buying the product i got that earphone jack is not working. then after 4 months of the product, battery of the phone get weak and became useless. also the touch get break and not in working condition. when i go to swipe customer office, they return me back and says that no guaranty on touch and battery. they cheat us.
