I had bought a slipper from sylcon store located on lulu mall on 15th December 2023. I had bought it for an important function. They told me that slipper cost Rs. 1890/- But they have 50% discount for that slipper and told that slipper should be paid Rs. 945/-. Actually I never asked them to offer me discount. I came there to buy a good slipper for wearing on a special occation. I purchased that slipper at that time because it looks good at time of purchase. But on the day of our function, I wear that slipper and entered the car and I reached the destination. But the time I get out of the car and walked a few steps, the sole of one slipper got seperated entirely from the slipper. Second slippers sole also start seperating after some time. This was an embarassing situation. When I came for sylcon store on Monday for geting this slipper replaced, they told that as slipper is for discounted price, they cant replace it, only option is repair. What is the guarantee that the slipper you gets repaired for me will again gets damaged? Does I need to take risk again by wearing that repaired slipper and go out? Had anyone asked them for any discount at the time of purchase? I came for buying a good slipper. Where should I file a complaint against this issue. This is extremely unfair for your customers. I want either a replacement of the product or you should return my money back.

I bought a crocs footwear worth ₹3000. The shop keeper said it is orginal not copy.
But orginal crocs are made in mexico. The prodect i bought is made in vietnam. I noticed this fraud cheeting, by the reference of amazon shopping
the same crocs footwear and the same rate, but different manufactures.

I have bought a chapal from sylcon @ thriprayar y mall and with in 1 day it got damaged and the stiching was broken low quality product selling at higher price

Myself Dr. Roni Jain Raju had very bad customers service experience from Sylcon outlets.2 months back I bought a pair of shoes from sylcon Pathnamthitta.The total billing amount paid was Rs 1980.The product with such a good MRP was in very poor quality.The sole of the shoe was torn out with in 1 day. I approached the Sylcon Tiruvalla showroom which is near to my home on 16th July 2021, .anded over the the product for repair. I have gone to the shop several time for getting the product but they said product is still in repairing stage.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint with your company concerning the poor quality of the product[protected]CROCKS.
I purchased this product on 27/07/2020 from SYLCON, Attingal outlet, Kerala, at a fair price of INR 2495/-. As a regular customer of CROCS products now I am desperate about the poor quality of this item. Within the use of 40 days the shoes started to damage . People usually buy branded products for a higher price expecting its good quality. I therefore request you to replace my shoes, otherwise I will be compelled to take legal actions. hereby I am attaching the original copy of the invoice, along with the picture of the damaged product. please recheck the manufacturing date of the product and confirm if any manufacturing defects with it.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

I have purchased a chappal from sylcon and from the very next day onwards its sole started coming off. I tried to contact the showroom but of no use. I was assured service and now here i am with a chappal worth 1390 looking just like a chappal from roadside. I need an action immediately taken. Otherwise i am ready to go ahead and file a complaint in consumer forum.

When I visited the Kannur showroom of Sylcon today (20/07/2018, Friday), at 12.45pm, I was told that all the staffs were in the "prayer break". I was asked to come back at 1.30pm!!! How can a company expect it's customer to wait for an hour to get the service done???!!!The company management should have made some alternative arrangement to tackle this issue or should have closed down the showroom, there by value the time of the customer! I haven't come across this practice before, anywhere! I had to leave the showroom without buying anything, as I had been traveling around 30 kms to reach kannur and had no time to waste of!..

I had purchased a VIP suitcase(SKYLITE STROLLY 79, Serial No: AC0 - 049719, Bill no. 003307) from SYLCON(A Unit of ZAIN SHOES, H.K. Caltex, 349B/349C, Caltex Junction, Kannur-670001) on 10/05/2011 which they claimed is one of the best products of VIP in terms of its light weight and strength. This product is carrying a 5 years international warranty.

After my first travel itself the base of the suitcase developed a crack. I went back to them on 23/04/2012 to show this and requested a correction of the broken part. The response was very rude and the seller refused to take back the product even for a first investigation. Additionally they accused I would have broken the part.

Attitude of Indian businessmen towards consumers is changing day by day. One can feel the customer service only till the cash counter. Once a is product is sold the attitude of merchant is "its not my problem anymore and none of my business". The trust one can have on Indian brands is becoming zero because of the cheap service provided by these kind of outlets.

I might be one among a million who would have faced this problem and don't know if there would be any response to this complaint. But I want to take this opportunity to share and bring to all of your notice an incident that has happened to me. So think before you decide to buy a product from SYLCON KANNUR.

i bought a pair of red tape shoes last week and they are making noise when i walk with them. initially i thought they are making noise because they are new, but even after a week o[censored]sage they are still making noise. the noise is like when a pair of leather shoes soaked in rain water and walked with them on tiles or marble. when i went and returned they refused. these pair were probably the few ones having discount in their showroom. i suspect they were aware of the fault and that is why they gave discount and tried to clear it by offering they at attractive discount.
even their explanation was not satisfactory.

I brought a hand bag from Thiruvalla Showroom one year before. They sale to me telling as pure leather bag and i paid 2000rs for that. I used this bag may be 5 times and kept in safe. After few months i find the bag is damaged with bubbles. It means the bag is made of rexin and they take from me leather price. So I find that sylcon is cheating people and they not consider after sale service. Please people in kerala must understand this and should not get cheeted this way from Sylcon showrooms. Even i contacted them they refuse to replace.So please don't temptate in their advertisement. They sale very cheep quality and making money. Please find other sops instead you buy from Sylcon.
