I have been employed by this company from last[protected] then i again joined in 2020 due to some personal problem, already a raid happend due to running tech support, telecommunication scam, still they running the website campaign taking advance payments through paypal in the name of shanu roy. Throwing out agents without pay and information, unauthorised card charges are goin on a regular basis from overseas customers. If anyone paying through website company is getting every card detail with all access. Need to be stopped right now.

Szi technologies is a scam it company scamming people across globe by using different names like zoom web meida, xoom telecom, zwm technologies, etc. This web design and development company targets a country, using a particular name and creating a website with the same name. They take advance from the citizens of that country (They have advance payment by card) and never give them anything. This goes for nearly 6 months. After robbing the country, they create another domain to scam the people of another country. Covering various countries, they again come back to the first with a different name and start scamming them again. This is the business policy of szi technologies.

my name is Sambid Dhali. & this complaint is regarding an organization named SZI Technologies which is based at Salt Lake Sec 5 Kolkata. The reason for the complaint is that last month they asked me to attend an interview at their organization for the post of Inbound Customer Care Executive.They repeateadlt requested me to attend the interview & assured me that the position was for Inbound Customer Care Executive. However on attending the interview I was repeateadly told to work for Outbound Sales Survey Process. So on informing that I have experience for working in only Inbound Customer Care & that I was informed by the HR that the interview was for Inbound only I was told that Inbound is only for night shifts however I would have to travel alone on my own at 5 am in the morning & that I would not receive any pickup nor drop even at such an odd hour. They tried to force me in every way to work for their Outbound Process where as the HR who asked me to attend the interview had confirmed previously that the position is for Inbound Customer Care Executive & I would not have to work in Outbound. The scene was totally the opposite when I attended the interview wher I was being forced in every way by them to work for Outbound Sales Survey. now that I hace refused to work for Outbound they still keep on sending the emails to me asking me to attend their interview. Kindly help me resolve this issue as I really do not wish to receive an further emails from such a fraudalent organization.

Consequently, the company had to changed its real name szi outsourcing pvt. ltd into szi technologies pvt ltd. besides, the company name has been enlisted as the blacklisted companies in scam books of different countries like the usa, the uk, australia and canada. they had to stop their business over six months. after six months, the company has again come into the bpo business frame with different names zoom web media, zwm technologies, xoom telecom, and definitely szi technologies. beware of this scam bpo company. if you receive any service or job related call from szi technologies, directly say “no’.

Say, for an example, you are a company in canada. It will create a domain like http://www. Zoomwebmedia. Ca/ and use dialer calling to tell you that we are a reputable digital market company based in toronto. They will set the local phone number of toronto to call to the businesses based in ontario, mississauga, ottawa, etc. The agents call to the people and ask them for advance payment. As soon as the payment is done, they will go will away with your money.
