This is not resolved yet and TR sawhney is avoiding my calls.

Can someone intervene urgently and help here?

Disappointing service by T R Sawhney insurance . Promised certain offers but did not provide any though I had offers from others with less renewal premium. I paid more premium and got zero promised offers and spent more in premium.
If T R Sawhney is not able to honor commitment, then should not promise the offer.
Pathetic service ...never going to use T R S services again.

I have purchase my Maruti EECO 7 months ago from M/s TR Sawhney. i have submitted my RC to showroom RC Department for CNG Endorsment on 31st October 2015. and they agreed to get my vehicle registered from RTO. However, till date I haven't received my original RC. When i purchased this vehicle from Gokulpuri Wazirabad Showroom. From that day onwards whenever i asked for my R.C. they didn't give any particular answer. I am so much disturb. i am feeling that i had a big mistake that i gone to Maruti & purchased this car. MARUTI SERVICE IS WORST SERVICE. i have file many complaints in customer care of M/s. T.R. Sawhney but no body bothered. Everything is in vain. Nothing has been done so far to resolve the issue. Can anyone help me out in this. As i am waiting for a positive reply. Pls do the needful.

I went to TR sahwney Badli Road for my car 3rd service. I have been notify that i will get my car back after 03 Hrs ie. 0500PM on 15th Nov 2015. But when i reached to the service center at correct time, THey just not only let me wait for 2 hours more but also when i see my car back it was not completely washed and i was extremely un-satisfy with service they are giving to their customer. Same thing was happened at the time of 2nd service and that this why i am writing here as i have experienced very casual attitude to this company.

I have given my car Alto LXI to T R Sawhney one of your dealer at Patpargunj Industrial area for regular service and when they returned my car back t ome after service(as per them) it was giving problem. When I make a complaint with the dealer first they refuse about complaint and later they said it may be due to water problem in car during washing so will pick your car again and resolve the issue. Next day they again picked up my car and after 20 times of followup they confirmed me that some part is (Cluch) need to replace as it is giving problem. When I asked them that when they picked up my car it was working perfectly fine and after service it is giving problem "what type of service they have done. They have charged approx 2300/- from me for the service also. They insist me to leave my car at the outlet for 1 day to rectify the problem with a extra charge of Rs.5000/-.

I am sure this dealer is taking part of the vehicles and selling them in market.

I have purchased it on Dec 2008 and the currently i have used 14000 kms and cluth can not give problem in such a short time.

I request you to please take this matter seriously and reimburse my service amount + the cluth change amount which i have later done from Maruti Service Master in Okhla.

I have already put mail to lots of people through net to not to go to this dealer for any type of service.

I would also like to request you to cancel the permit of such dealer as they were giving BAD IMAGE of MARUTI.
