Hello, i am a canadian citizen i paid tania kandpal rs10000 on march, 2018 to make an out fit. She promise me to send with in 2 weeks but after 1 month she sent outfit which was a complete mess, doesn't match what i ordered i sent her back to make a another one that exactly was on her facebook site. But she never send back anything to me and not giving my money back. Moreover she is not responding me. I sent so many messages but she ignored and block me on facebook. Please sort it out so nobody else can get robbed from her and i can get my money back.

I ordered a dress from taania kandpal designs which is a lucknow based company.. Payment was done in advance.. The product displayed was very flowy n soft.. But the product which i received was entirely different.. The cloth used was not up to the mark.. I even txtd her regarding my complain but no professionalism.. She dint even bother to reply for courtesy sake even.. Won’t suggest this designer to anyone.. Attaching the photo too.. D first is d online pic of dress how it was supposed to be..
