Is not issuing a domicile certificate for the certificate to be done he wants a 20000 bribe

I hold 8 acres of agriculture land at chinnamadur (village) deverapulla (mandal) under survey 307/A.even though govt officials made a survey and issued documents (attached land survey documents and rythu bandhu cheque.(it got expired when I deposited).

As im suffering from cerebral ataxia (disease)(not curable) where i cant talk and walk properly.(attached medical certificate).

When I approached MRO with friends.MRO and VRO are very rude to me.I became nervous

This is just to explain the behavior of government employees who is receiving high salaries compared to all private sectors in govt offices, though they have so many hikes still they show interest in bribing for even small things which is actually their duty to do.
Recently we purchased 4 acres of land and registered, and applied for pass books in tahsildar office, while applying they were looking for some amount though the documentation and chalan payment everything was in place, as we objected it they said it will be done in 3 weeks. when we approach after 3 weeks them they said that our file got misplaced and need to re apply, we did so and again tried reaching them, now still they say that it got misplaced again and we need to re apply again after all we are running around the office since 70 days. when we go there he says it is with either senior officer, or mro or deputy mro finally they will say that file got misplaced.
We are really displeased and got irritated with this kind of attitude of govt officials.. don't understand we should pay thousands of rupees to make our file visible and get to proper bench and get the work done.' i request all govt employees to please do your duty in spite of expecting more money from public'. telangana government is already increased the wages still these people want to live on bribery which is lowering the respect towards govt employees. please keep your respect and do your duties.

My parents are no more. I applied for inheritance certificate at Hosur Tahsildar office on[protected] after completing the formalities with VAO and RI. I have not received the certificate so far.
I have been repeatedly inquiring about this in the Tahsildar office but there is no response from their side and they have not yet issued it. I have already complained regarding this at the Collector office. They received my complaint on[protected]....
