These guys are taking upfront payment and cheating customers; I hope someone helps innocent customers and returns their money!

On oct 27th i had placed aN order by paying 54k after their written assurance that they would ship in one weeks time. They never did. And now they say rains in chennai. Rains happened yesterday.

Pls help me resolve

Online site promises to deliver within: 30 days
Delivered the table: 105 days (delay of 75 days from the days they promised on the site).
Amount paid: 23, 999
Delivered damaged product after 105 days.

After repeated chasing, they delivered damaged product after 105 days. These guys are cheating all consumers by publishing wrong information on their site. You can check the reviews and complaints of consumers on youtube (published by one frustrated consumer). https://youtu.be/JyHH3owDRlA

When i complained that they have delivered a damaged product they asked me to pack the damaged drawer and they will send someone to pick. Now that the damaged drawer is picked they are asking for 3 more weeks to deliver it again.

They are cheating people by publishing wrong information on their site. Please take appropriate action.

Study Table ordered via Order ID 271994 and payment 18048.1 Rs made on 19th July 2021 but after repeatedly trying to follow up with company have not received the product and now seller is not responding to queries on delivery.
