After so many time compline, talathi can't change my 7/12 extract

I went to Talathi mam Ms: Swati Totewar on 1nov 2019 for remove name of my grand mothers name as she is expired and I had Mayat warsa ferfar form with me and i was asking The process Of The same so she told me that today it is not possible as i have to do The sarve will come on Monday to your village. so I told her OK mam no issue will wait then I was waiting for her for entire day but she didn't came. So next day I called her she told me she will come next day it was rolling and rolling to me I said OK mam then finally she came to my village and when I met her she told me we need original 7/12 from my office but now it is not available for The same you will have to go @ Bolda Relwaystation so I went there and I took original one and paid 130/- rupees for The same again I came back and called to mam she said that I'm not there and came out to In farm to do sarve so I told her OK mam I'm there at my village she said OK Wait on The road I said OK then she came there but didn't stop her car at me and I called her and told her mam I'm here pls stop The car she told me that will come tomorrow so request her then finally said come to Kawada Then again I went to Kawada location which is 3kms and gave form to her and she told me it will take one month to becouse it is very long process I said ok Mam and yesterday I called to mam she said don't call me again come after 15days and take notis and go to adhikari office do The futher process. She is very rush and rood with people she is very aggressive and I got much trouble from her. Not helpful...

I'm a very frustrated farmer due to the irresponsible behaviour of talathi 'mrs. Chavan' of apegaon tal - ambajogai dist - beed.
I just need an income certificate certified by talathi so that i could submit it to tahsil office. Since last two days i've been continuously trying to get her appointment however i'm very disappointed to say, she is neither available in her office (Though i waited only between the office hours) nor she is receiving my phone calls.
I work in pune and i took 3 day's leave to sort this out. Today is 3rd day and still there's nothing in my hands.
I'd request the appropriate government authority to take strict actions against her.
I'd never like to see somebody else going through the face which i've gone through.
Hope government will take this with the utmost seriousness.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the Talathi of Vairag ( Taluka - Barshi, District - Solapur) is a greedy person asking for bribe to each & everyone whoever approaches him.

He is a shameless person who is asking for bribe in thousands & any pleading etc by poor people who cant afford to bribe him goes on deaf ears.

Request the concerned departement/authority to kindly look into this matter & resolve the pending issues of Vairag.
