I have submitted birth certificate for kuwait embassy attestation, they confirmed within 12 days they will complete, but after 23 days they done and in between they never answer my phone call and not even update the status of my document.,
After complete attestation they sent courier via bluedart and mentioned wrong pin code and once again returned courier, during returned courier also they hands up from their responsibility,
Such a very bad service...

I have submitted degree certificate for attestation from Qatar embassy in Delhi. For tracking the number they have given is always busy or otherwise only rings and nobody takes the call. After chasing a lot got connected and after weeks they are telling that Mumbai University is a private university so attestation will not happen and documents have to be sent to Qatar. Nonsense they dont know this business at all. Nobody updates the status of anything and seriously they are pathetic in customer service and professionalism. Dont take any service from them. Very good with google SEO and SEM to bring their site up in search but customer service is a pain.

I given my certificate for qatar embassy attestation on 16 may 2016 with required documents (Original degree, original mark list & college bonofied letter) what they required to attestation of qatar embassy. They said attestation will complete with in 10-12 working days. For today 15 working days completed.
Today, when i contact him regarding attestation, they saying need again college bonofied letter from college.

Please take an action to this talent attestation. I don't want to suffer any other one.
