Paid the amount for jersey as said and the product is not delivered yet. trying to contact the company but they are not responding.

Order#149926. I decided to order a ac milan with customised name on it. But i decided to change the name. So i requested to cancel the order. Haven't heard back from them it's been a whole day. Honestly just give me that damn jersey, I don't care about the name anymore. I aslo tried contacting them and sending them email. No reponse still. Worst customer service

Talk Football advertised that they can ship football jerseys within 2 days in Mumbai. I ordered a France Jersey before the WC Final.

Not only did I not receive the product, the product was shipped to a location in Chennai when I reside in Mumbai.

Desired resolution : I want either a full refund and the product to be shipped to me. This is completely unprofessional behaviour.
