Hi, i had applied for smart card (Ration card) online with reference number [protected]. We buy our monthly ration from the tncsc outlet situated at moovarasanpet (Near madipakkam, chennai - 91). Invariable we find shortage of around 150 gms to 200 gms for every kg.
