ஐயா இனிய இரவு வணக்கம்,
நான் கொடைக்கானல் வட்டம் ஒரு சிறிய கிராமத்தில் இருந்து கூறுகின்றேன்.எனது கிராமம் ரேஷன் கடை திரு ஆர்.எஸ்.பாரதியார் அவர்களின் நிர்வாகத்தில் செயல்படுகின்றது அவரின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில். பண்ணைக்காடு, ஊத்து, மங்கலம்கொன்பு, தாண்டிக்குடி, கும்பறை இன்னும் சில ரேஷன் கடைகள் செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றது.ஆனால் அவர் செய்யும் தவறுகள் உயர் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு தெரியுமா என்று தெரியவில்லை.இருந்தாலும் கூறுகின்றேன் இவர் தனது குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்க்கலை வைத்து ரேஷன் கடைகளை நிர்வகித்து வருகின்றார் இதை பல முறை கூறிவிட்டேன் ஆனால் எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கப்படவில்லை மங்கலம்கொம்பு வில் பாரதியார் இன் மகள் கோகிலா மற்றும் மருமகன் பரணிகுமார் பணிபுரிந்து வருகின்றனர் மற்றும் பண்ணைக்காடு ரேஷன் கடையில் அவர் அண்ணன் குடும்பத்தினர் பணி புரிந்து வருகின்றனர் எல்லா ரேஷன் கடாயிகளில் இருந்தும் மதம் 5000 ரூபாய் பாரதியார் கு கொடுக்க வேண்டும் ரேஷன் கடைகளில் அவசியமற்ற பொருள்கள் விற்கப்படுகிறது.பூலத்தூர் கிராமத்தில் மற்றும் சில இடங்களில் குடும்பத்திற்கு 10000 ரூபாய் வசூலிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது இது போன்று குடும்ப நிர்வாகம் செய்ய ஏன் ஐயா இப்படி இலவச பொது விநியோகம் என்று பெயர் வைக்க வேண்டும் நமது நாட்டில் உள்ள பஞ்சத்தில் இது போன்று நிர்வாகம் இருந்தால் எங்களை போன்ற பொது மக்களின் வாழ்கை வீணாக போய்விடும் உங்களை போன்ற உயர் பதவி காரர்கள் குடும்பம் மட்டும் வாழ முடியும்.ஆனால் உண்மை ஒரு நாள் வெல்லும்.

The hon’ble chief minister has been kind enough to give pongal gifts (Such as rice, sugar, etc.,) to all ration card holders in tamil nadu and a sum of rs.1, 000/-. On a petition filed by a public the high court stayed giving only rs. 1, 000/- to card holders who are above bpl. However the court allowed the pongal gift being given to all the card holders. When i went to collect the pongal gift today the employee at the ration shop told me that his department suspended even the pongal gift to those who are holding white ration cards. This is palpably wrong and it also creates a bad impression about the present government.
If an early action is taken on my above grievance, the image of the present government headed by hon’ble chief minister would grow still further.

Hi, i had applied for smart card (Ration card) online with reference number [protected]. Authority had visited my home and collected all the documents required, i had visited the ration card office to submit additional document asked and they had confirmed that smart card will be issued. It is more than 6 month since i had submitted all the documents. However i have neither received the card nor my application is appearing in the portal. Can you please help me in resolving the issue.

We buy our monthly ration from the tncsc outlet situated at moovarasanpet (Near madipakkam, chennai - 91). Invariable we find shortage of around 150 gms to 200 gms for every kg. Of the product we buy. For example if we buy 5 kgs of sugar, actual weight of the sugar we get is only 4 kgs. This is the case with all the residents who buy monthly ration from that outlet. This needs to be attended immediately and he should be caught red handed through surprise check without his knowledge. Hope this compliant will be taken seriously and steps taken to take corrective action immediately.

I Mrs. Lakshmi Radhakrishnan, residing in Velachery 6th main road, vijayanagar, Chennai-42. I have lined my aadhar card through TNEPDS add. During January I husband produced the aadhar card in person and got the new slp. Even after doing all the procedures, the Velachery ration shop No. 02Lc031sc, refused me to give the products. I am a cancer and heart patient. We cant visit the rashsion shop the whole month. The language of the ration staff is very dirty and unbearable. Kindly do the needful.

It has been a great disappointment and frustration for me due to the irresponsible behavior of ration card officers in t. Nagar ration card civil supplies office.

Here is my short story:-

I applied for the new ration card by getting deletion certificate for me and my wife from our respective parents's ration card and submitted the application almost an year back. To my surprise the verification for address was done by one of the officers on the 3rd day of the submission. But unfortunately until today i did not recieve the ration card yet irrespective of repeated visits and phone calls to the office within the last 11 months. The officer had been giving stupid reasons. The ceaselessness of the officers on this matter led to my frustration and disappointment only.

Please take necessary action against the officers towards the irresponsible behaviour. And kindly help me to receive my card at the earliest.

Respected My name is Kolanji.My no. is 08/w/0002929. Iam keeping a/c with ward No.001 Street No.006 Shop No.BB001 Residing at 6/434 V.M.Govindhasamy Nagar, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram.Cuddalore Dist.This is a Kerosen card and I am getting only sugar and no rice.My family members are 4(adults 2, children 2) Our special Tahsildar of civil supplies (Mr. Pandurangan)approved my second daughter's name and signed on 16.5.2011 in the inner page of Ration card. Now the problem is the shop keeper of Mariyappa Nagar branch is offering me only 1.5 Kg. of sugar only per month. Kindly clarify whether 1.5 kg. is sugar is allowed for four person per month in this shop alone?(Other shop keepers are providing more)When I asked him, he started fighting that I am giving you this much of sugar on mercy. Dear sir ,
As I was drawing pension from 2005 onwardsfrom Indian Bank Royapettah Chennai 14(Rs 1070 /=) and my pension hasbeen stopped in the month of January 2011 without informing either to me or to the bank . Though I am a retired Person and my health is not permitting me to go to the bank often . I have also submitted my Life Certificate thro Bank only which was also acknoledged by the bank. I dont know the reason of stopping my pension from Jan ,2011 onwards. KIndly look in to this and issue the order to the bank , since my health is not permitting me to go out side without any support..I am giving my details of pension for your kind persual and I hope once again to release the pension to me with all the pending arrears.

yesterday i was asked to go regional civil supplies office in ambattur for checking my family ration card and i was shocked by the response of the staff of the office,
they not only obuse the general public irrespect of old or young.
these gov servants thing they are equal to god they dont have have any respect for the public by throwing the ration cards of the public in their faces.
This attitude of govt staffs must punished by sacking them .
