Fixed deposit maturity not refunded.

My Fixed Deposit amount of Rs.300, 000/- bearing No: RAA 385417, which has matured on 12.04.2022 not still refunded. They are not responding phone calls as they always keeps us hanging. Mails also only they are acknowledging with ticket no: but not replying. I am senior citizen and require the amount without further delay.

TO Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited FOR THE PURPOSE OF MADE A DEPOSIT ON 24/05/2021. MY BANK ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT FIXED DEPSOIT NOT CREATED .
AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED FROM PAYMENT GATE WAY....

Non refund of money on maturity of fixed deposit

This is In Regarding to My Fixed Deposit Made in 2009 who had a Maturity in Dec 2014,
I Have not Received my Maturity Amount which was due on 3/12/2014 neither in the form of Cheque nor I have got it in my Linked Bank Account
I have send many Mails with fixed deposits copy and other documents to the email id provided on their website but there was no response.

i had forwarded 4 fixed deposit receipts for renewal by courier more than a month ago. only one got renewed and the fate all the balance three certificates not known. went personally 4 times . but nobody is attending the query in a responsible manner. nobody is attending phone call also. i am very much worried, as i saved the same for the education of my son. tamil nadu power finance may be instructed to clear my complaint on an urgent basis. certificates in the name of my son sujith kumar. pan grdps9739c
