I am a TMB bank customer from Tamilnadu. In the last 10 days, the TMB bank server and ATM service have not worked. Most of the time I got the message "Issuer Down" / " Transaction was declined" / "ATM out of Service". So I am very suffering to get my money on time.

And most important is the bank customer care number not working every time.

I have been doing transport business for more than 20 years and i have survived through the ups and downs in it.

I borrowed a loan of 20 lakhs from tamilnad mercantile bank at 2016 with monthly installments of 50 thousand.
I paid them regularly without any default till 2018 december and suddenly business started to surge.

I have paid 13.5 lakhs in total till march 2019 and remaining loan amount was 15 lakhs. I also approached general manager and requested to deduce the loan amount to 13 lakhs for final settlement at october 2019, at this time my business was all time low..

The gm said they need to inspect the vehicle for any reduction and for foreclosure. Instead the banking team, seized the vehicle without any prior notice or giving any intimation, they didn't even get acknowledgement for the seizure. They literally took it from me like thieves.

This all happened yesterday.. I am gonna sue the bank for their unethical method of recovering loan in threatening fashion.

Can you help me or suggest me anything useful?

My name is vignesh and i had ordered espoir analog women watch of rs.479.20 in amazon on 31.08.2019 and after 01.09.2019 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 01.09.2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 298823 and told me to fill charge dispute form but tamilnad mercantile bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I had opened sb a/c in tamilnad mercantile bank from 28/07/2017.
A/c no; [protected]. I can't get refund ₹549 from amazon dated 11/01/2019. Refund reference number is
[protected]. Still i don't get it. Amazon told to me to rise charge dispute file. But tmb can't rise the charge dispute file. So u help me

My mom has account in bikshandar Kovil branch in trichy district. She went for withdrawing the money from her own account. But that assistant manager and cashier had reject the withdrawal even if my mom has the original account passbook also. What is the banking rules.. this is the service for consumer ...? We regretted actually she forget the cheque book.
When I heard about this I call to that bank they said like that first give the request letter for cancelling previous book then will tell “

It seems like people working there are of no experience, even though senior managers... Very poor services.. If we apply for credit card then they will take more than 4 months to issue it.. And also when i've got the card after 4 months i've generated pin and when used during shopping, it showed as 'invalid card'.. Don't know what these people are doing... But whenever we go to bank, they will expose them as that they were very busy.. Like they are operating hsbc bank.. They'll not give response to our questions.. Recently 2 of my relatives have closed the account and shift the account to other psu banks because of their poor frustrating service...

My father s. Nallusamy have account in tmb bank karur branch. A/c - [protected]. He past away on 15.07.2014. I have all document like death certificate, legal heirship, bank passbook. I almost went more than 10 times even there is no proper responce and they giving torchor to get all people to bank and amount cannt claim more than 2 years. Nominee was not filled in bank account that was bank mistake and now they proper in their work. Please make them to claim amount.

I have already raised a complaint earlier about the recruitment of clerks.
The application process and even the exam is also in ONLINE, But they are announcing the result in OFFLINE. Already I attended the clerk exam for TMB bank on 10th feb 2013, chennai. They announced that the result will be sent by post. If the selection is done properly they should have published directly in their portal with their scores. then how come people know whether they have selected or not. If the selection is done in a proper way it should be announced properly to the public. We paid 300 as exam fees. they are simply collecting money and cheating the public.

Now I'm raising this complaint because again they have announced recruitment of clerk.
I want to know if they really need clerks or money. February only we wrote exam and still that result itself is not properly announced to the public, now again they are recruiting.............

I need the proper explanation and the detail of their recruitment.

I want to know whether the result has been published or sent thro, post.
If not when the results will be published?????????...

Clerical recruitment examination was conducted by the Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank on 19/10/2008. Thousands of candidates appeared and wrote the examination with a dream of being a Bank employee.Bank assured in the prospectus that the results would be announced through all medias and to individuals. Seven months have passed they not yet declared the result. I request the bank authorities to clarify the actual situation.
