I had bought a multimedia speaker 4.1 from your shopping mall on 30.07.22.
now it is not working properly. i have called the customer care number provided on warranty card but they are nor resolving my issue. they are very negligence only providing dates not coming.

I have bought Tandem Mixer Grinder From Vishal Mega Mart dated as on 15th Sept 2021 (under Warranty), which I was unable to run due to any technical issues. I lodged a complaint ( Request Id - SDP[protected] for which resolution was not provided since 10th oct 2021.
1. Is this the service you are providing ?
2. Blaming client that he is responsible for his problem - why this statement has been used.
3. Service provider and Complaint register guy are highly pathetic and not trained - I have recorded their statement the way they interact with customer.
4. If you can not provide resolution in your SLA days or Business Days - Please do not commit.
I have felt ashamed of this product - I was unable to use and all the problem was on my head.
I really hope you can understand my pain and will provide resolution.

No value of my money.
I had brought iron (tandem) and I had found that it is in bad condition. It has wrong settings in it. There is no value of my money. I called many times at toll free number but not get respond. I am not satisfied with the iron.

There is no ISI MARK on the tandem pressure cooker

Today (26/12/2020) i bought pressure cooker of tandem 3ltr from vishal mega mart, dwarka mor branch, new delhi - 110059.
my issue is that there is no ISI MARK on cooker which i bought, even there is no ISI mark on most of the tandem cooker & electric kettle of the same company .even when i asked manager of the mega mart regarding ISI MARK - he was said " lena h to lo warna chod do koi or le lo " but he can"t able to answer my question.
i got disappointment by vishal mega mart while shopping
what can i do in such case when cooker may brust while working on them ???
who will taken resposnbity in this case..???
i am attaching photos of cooker along with original bill .
pls enquiry for the same issue to the vishal mega mart. ( phn no -[protected])

I had purchased tandem nonstick kadahi glass lid -260mm from visal mall which is in berhampur odisha on 25th august 2020
It was wrapped at the time of purchase but when i opened at the home i found i had been broken one side of handle
I want replacement as soon as possible
