I had taken a coupon of ashwin munjal for hair cutting and when i went there they have said that there are no workers over there.
They asked me to come some other day i had wasted my fuel my time and my money.
I need a refund of that coupon and the extra reimbursement of my petrol expense.
Provide me my money as soon as possible. I had to pay much more amount at some other place. I need my refund plus the extra money ofr this problem.

    I had booked a cab on 8th july 2017 from kolkata airport to park street inspite calling the driver the driver refused to pick is up as we had luggage and and he cancelled the trip he told us to give him 5 star and the way he was talking was very bad and was rude and i bad complained about this but nothing happened after that i booked a cab on 25 august 2017 from park street to sealdah station in ds 59 and i was charged rs 224 and when i got the receipt it was showing trip cancelled on 8th july but the driver had cancelled the trip so why should i pay for it it was the drivers fault he refused to pick us and i will pay for that
    As the complaints are just read by u and no action is taken i will never use uber or its service and tell the same to my relatives
    And i am going to forward this message to the cm and transport mi sister of west bengal

      This is in reference against an online fraud transactions done on yesterday morning of 9999-/ Rs, through our SBI debit card no[protected] using tapzo zipcash

      Today morning my father has received a call from mobile no- [protected] mentioning the name of SBI head office and by fault my father has shared few account related information which he has utilised by doing few wrong online transactions so i request you to please block this Ola money account where this transction amount has been credited and do let me know if there any procedure through which i can get my hard earn money back to my account .

        On 4th aug i booked uber using tapzo app from my home to howrah. It is shown by the driver that it is 21.39 km. As per rule charge is rs. 7 /km. And i paid rs. 500 for the same. Driver showed me 365 for distance and 134 rs. As toll tax. As per uber rule maximum it my be about 250 rs. Plz look into the matter of reversal of rs. 250 about. I complaint to tapzo but they refused it saying that they can't help. And i can't contect uber bcz i don't have password. Plz plz

          On friday i booked uber to go to howrah from ruby embypass using tapzo app. At destination i was shown by 21.39 kms with fair rs.500. With toll tax 134 and distance chare 365. Where as it is booked on 7 rs. Pr km. When i complaint on friday i was told to hv patience for 48 hours but yet i have got nothing. Plz look into the matter for reversal of money that fraud made by tapzo. It's 4th day. As far my concern as per rules i should have paid about 250 or 280. Plz

          Hi My money has been deducted from my card they did not update in tapzo wallet rs 975 even i also sent a email to tapzo but they denied we are not rta, king 975 rs they are making fool i have all the proofs in bank statement so please add my 975 rs in my bank account

            I paid a bill of airtel landline 550rs on 30th june, 2017 via tapzo wallet. Still not received any payment in my airtel account, and also no refund received regarding this.

            Kindly forward my concern to tapzo, so that they work harder to get solved, as already i waited 12 days since i made payment

                A fraud person has made two fraudulant deduction of inr rs 9999 and another rs 9999 from my sbi saving account yesterday (4/7/2017), 8.30 am, towards fraud purchase on pos[protected] at www.tapzo.in txn #[protected] and inr rs 9999 on pos[protected] at www tapzo in txn#[protected] respectively. The sbi debit card used is 607xx6374
                Please cancel the transanction and refund my money.

                  Tried to contact them through email which is the only way of communication... they are not responding to my emails .. this kind of apps should not exist ... there are many people who are suffering with the same lroblem with this app.

                    I tried to pay for airtel postpaid bills through tapzo for rs 1595 on 19 june 2017. Although the transaction failed, the amount has been deducted from my account and has not been refunded yet. There is no way to reach their customer care as they remain unreachable all the time. Its such a fraud app that basically we have no way to track them. Legal action should be taken against them for making people fool.

                      Dominos stopped payment with evoucher. Still tapzo was showing evoucher of dominos. I bought an evoucher but was of no use to me. I complaint tapzo with this issue but they said my money will not be refunded. It was their mistake that they were showing vouchers of dominos on tapzo app. There is no coustmer care service too. Totally fake app.

                        Hi,

                        I paid for a Cleartrip flight through Tapzo App on June 2. The amount of the transaction was Rs. 10, 851. Cleartrip mentioned they did not receive the amoun but the same was deducted from my account. Tapzo customer care is never reachable. Neither are they quick with their email responses, which they claim would be made within 48 hrs. I need this amount to be refunded back. I will be taking severe action against them, otherwise.
                        Ordered Food and did not deliver so cancelled and asked for refund no message till now i need to complain about tapzo and burger king who just not responding i need my refund of rs 417/- immediately my phone is [protected]

                        Am recharged rs. 500 INR TATA SKY via tapzoo status was Failed but still am not received any refund money to my account, pls check and revert urgently.

                          My name is himanshu shukla. I had paid my bsnl landline bill of 693 rs on 15/5/2017 by tapzo.
                          So my 693 rs had been deducted from my bank but whn i had checked online on bsnl's site on other day the bill was still due so clearly it shows that tapzo is a cheater site they are cheating people.

                          So i am attaching pics of paid bill by tapzo and due bill by bsnl's. Pic.
                          So hereby i am giving "tapzo" 24hrs to get back to me or else i am going to report a "f. I. R."

                          So i am requesting to everyone not to use tapzo because it's a fraud site.

                            My father has around 75 years old. some fraud person name Rahul has called to my father & taken details of ATM and 60k amount stolen from his account through online purchase he has also credited around 20000/- in two transaction. ATM last 4 digit- 9675.

                            we have raised FIR also.

                            kindly revert the amount.

                            Tapzo is Fraud. After registering for new account sends the message for OTP asap. And after transaction not even a single update never had such a worst experience. Such companies should never exist in our country.

                              Hi,

                              I bought a meal through tapzo app and they debitted my money from the account even though thrc transaction is failure. When i call the customer support number, they are saying "it is a fraud company and they vanished from their office location, your money is gone so dont call me again". If they are doing like this, they are sucking people's money and the app is still available in google play app. Please take a severe action on them even i dont want my money back but they should be punished..

                                I have ordered food via tapzo...later i cancelled it...i got refund through tapzo money...i refunded it to my bank aacount...but did not get refund in my bank account...it has been one week and did not get refund ...i have been trying customer care since last 4days ...no reslonse ... i want my money refunded as soon as possible ...my contact number:[protected]

                                I have lost 5200 due to his complaint council...everyone dont believe in these...they told they will refund my money and told me to give my debit card details...they took 5200 from my bank account...later if i call them no response...full fraud...i am gonna give a complain to police...i want money back or else it will be serious...[protected] is my contqct number

                                  I have ordered meal from Tapzo aap and there is coupon INDIASCORE which is suppose to give 100 % cashback, whixh again i didnt got it . I have follow up with Tapzo team but in reply i got that we(Tapzo) have not mentioned 100% assurance in cashback . So could you please take action against it. I have email conversation also which i can show it as a proof. I really feel like i have wasred my money by ordering food from this aap. So please please take strict action against this aap so I may get cash back which i really deserve for this . India score 316 and i have ordered food worth 451 rs so Cashback amount is 316 which i really dont get it. PFA screenshot of the offer which gives details of the offer code and order details.

                                  Typo mistake...*they are refunding money back
                                  I paid my BESCOM electricity bill through Tapzo..my money has been deducted but bill not paid to BESCOM.
                                  I tried to contact Tapzo through helpchat but they are refunding money back, it never happened with me when I paid through Paytm.

                                      I paid my MSEDCL electricity bill with Tapzo and it still reflects on the MSEDC website, while it did not happen earlier when I was using Freecharge or PayTM. The support is just escalating me from past two days, the due date is 2 Jan 2017, and I will not pay any extra charges on it, I specify. This is so lethargic of the company.

                                      This is the ORDER ID given by the customer care email, they don't have any call centers, so can't have a word with them. They are just cheating people. On mailing further they say that they will refund the amount while I don't wish to have a refund. I paid my bill promptly and want the company to do the same. These companies are just ready for money and not being ready for a customer-genic company.

                                      I again specify, I want no refunds, I want my bill to be paid. Since I did it from my end.
