My I’d which is provide by them is TBCV3C310136. I paid amount that on 2 Nov 2021. Now o try to contact with them for booking but not getting response from anywhere. I need my full amount refund.plz let me know how it’s possible....

I had taken membership of The Boutique Club,
Tarangan Holidays Private Limited with membership number TBCD3C10412 on the name of Mr. Sanjeev Kamboj in 2019 .
Company has not yet extended the full benefits which were promised by the company . Most of the hotels were closed for booking and DAE membership has not yet been provided by the company even after 2 years and repeated emails and telephone calls.
