My I’d which is provide by them is TBCV3C310136. I paid amount that on 2 Nov 2021. Now o try to contact with them for booking but not getting response from anywhere. I need my full amount refund.plz let me know how it’s possible.

I had taken membership of The Boutique Club,
Tarangan Holidays Private Limited with membership number TBCD3C10412 on the name of Mr. Sanjeev Kamboj in 2019 .
Company has not yet extended the full benefits which were promised by the company . Most of the hotels were closed for booking and DAE membership has not yet been provided by the company even after 2 years and repeated emails and telephone calls.
Response of the company is very poor . I feel this is a fraud company and they are just fooling people like me who are in government department and do not have enough time to call them again and again for the service purchased from them . They have done a fraud of Rs55000 with me. Company also gave a holiday voucher as a gift to lure me for taking membership but when I wanted to use that voucher, they disconnect the phone and closed the website. They are harrassing their customers and do not respond to them . Imposed heavy palenty on them.
A request a strict action to be taken against them and refund above money alongwith 18% interest charges from them.

Company has not yet extended the full benefits which were promised by the company . Most of the hotels were closed for booking and DAE membership has not yet been provided by the company even after 2 years and repeated emails and telephone calls.
Response of the company is very poor . I feel this is a fraud company and they are just fooling people like me who are in government department and do not have enough time to call them again and again for the service purchased from them . They have done a fraud of Rs50000 with me. Company also gave a holiday voucher as a gift to lure me for taking membership but when I wanted to use that voucher, they simply said that your voucher reached us late hence it is invalid . They are harrassing their customers and do not respond to them .
