I purchase independent tv december 2018 with rs. 1999 in 1 year subscription channels they are committed maximum sd channels and fta channels including 13 hd channels. During these month company not deceiver their channels as per commitment when i call to costumer care the are not gve any satisfactory answer. 2 june 2019 all channels are completely closed signal gone no response from costumer care.

Sir mene independent tv book kiya tha online payment karke iske bad mere gar pe aaya nahi tha our mene order cancel kar diya but mera refund muje abhi tak nahi mila 5 month ho gye lekin abhi tak refund nahi aaya customer care vale bolte he 1 week me aayega 2 week me aayega lekin 5 month se wait kar rha hu abhi tak mere account me paiss nahi aaya he....

Enough of playing with extensions and modifications and changes.
Just cancel the new tariff policy.
No one had asked for any change. Did you even do simple maths calculation.
On what basis trai refutes that prices have gone up, when everyday all customers and providers are saying that prices have gone up.
