F.I.R against a fraudulent person who implied to be a Tata capital finence employee and took money from me.

This is Abdul wahid of Vill- jogirmahal pt-1 PO- Ghasbari PS- Bilasipara Dist- Dhubri( Assam), informing you of a scam that has happened under your jurisdiction.
That on 16/01/2020 this person namely Anshuman Sahoo called me saying that he was a manager calling from the company Tata capital finence...

I had purchased speaker from chrom and got it financed from tata finance. Now loan is cleared tata company is now charging me charges for bouncing of emi even though there is sufficient balance in account.
I have written about 10 mails to the customer care but they are saying that the bank has returned the emi by the reason insufficient funds.
I have the certified copy from the bank that no emi came on the day when bouncing charges applied.
Why should i pay the 3 bouncing charges when balance is there, i had also paid extra amount to clear my loan but they have adjusted in the penal charges
