Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I had a home loan sanction in march 2018 by tata capital housing finance ltd, which was finalized at an interest rate of 8.5% at that time the repo rate of rbi came to 6.50%. The repo rate of rbi as on date in september 2019 is 5.15%. Whereas tata capital housing finance ltd had increased my home loan interest rate to 9.45% for the past one year.
No benefit of the pradhanmantri avas yoga given by tata capital housing finance ltd.

My case no 10262921..
I had taken a housing loan from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance limited) and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy"
I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme.. Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff because of laziness of staff of tata capital.
For that, i make the number of times request over their but they say all time it is in the process.
Every time he says it will take 3 months minimum to avail the subsidy, but its almost a one year now...
Please help me...
