We had a problem with the Old Tata Swach where we could not source a piece which had broken. We got in touch with the customer care on 15th September, 2013 and they told us the someone from the customer care will call us in the next 48 Hours. After numerous calls and filing a complaint we did not get a single call.

I have placed order on 17th June for Bulb and top Mesh.
Today is 2nd July but still I have not received the same. Before that I have purchased one bulb and after one month the water flow stopped. I have complained for both the issue on 24th June. Till I have not received any call or any email regarding the same.
