I have bought a diamond necklace @ gold plus. Diamond cost was Rs. 100320, we got 25% discount on diamonds i.e, Rs 75, 240. Gold cost was 25, 898. Making charges were 26, 742 total price of diamond necklace was 1, 27, 880 under the discount scheme. On the day of purchase they said us that if we are willing to exchange/sell the product back, valuation will be done on prevailing cost of diamond and gold, making charges will not be given back....

We paid 11 monthly instalments amounting Rs47000. While purchasing gold in your shop calculated my amount as Rs44695. While questioning they showed conditions, terms and rules.What happened to my Rs2305.Dont try to convince us with gram ratecaluculations.it is not a lottery scheme.we middle class expect genuine benefit from a company like TATA where wastage is at least 20% more than other gold shops.Donot play magic calculations and try...

20/5/014 mainly to wear in my brother marriage celebration in this month

sir we have purchased a plain gold necklace, weighs 40 gms. for ten gm gold at least 1gm wastage is to be added. in this case it should be 4g maximum for 40gm , to my surprise the have charged 7gm as wastage. when asked about it they have given an unsatisfied answer . also many more customers are unsatisfied with their charges. sir kindly consider our complaint.

I go to TATA GOLD PLUS to buy a ring 6 grams today rate is Rs.2583. But the percentage of making charge is 19 percent. and for wastage is 60.
We shocked that total price of only 6 grams is Rs.19560

Still we are very sad to further process with Tata gold plus. Please Dont go for that Jewellery....
