I have endured significant hardships due to the services and behavior of your fellow doctors. To begin with, I lost my father to cancer last year. He had been receiving treatment at your center since 2019 when it was initially diagnosed. Everything seemed to be going well until 2021, after which the doctors' behavior became unacceptable, particularly in the radiation department, which was an extremely distressing experience.

The most troubling aspect of our ordeal was the lack of cooperation from anyone in that department. It's not just our family; everyone who had to deal with that department seemed to have suffered immensely. Between 2019 and 2022, we spent approximately 16 lakhs INR, and we expected better treatment in return. Instead, it felt like the doctors were taking advantage of our fear and pressuring us into various treatments without providing proper explanations or alternatives.

We endured a great deal of suffering, and had we been given the opportunity to seek a second opinion, our entire experience might have been different. After undergoing radiation, my father was in excruciating pain, which was extremely disheartening, especially considering the substantial fees we had paid for his treatment. Moreover, we were disappointed to find that your professionals lacked the necessary skills to perform a proper biopsy, causing further distress to my father.

I have come across numerous reviews that also highlight the poor services in your radiation department, and it's disheartening to see so many others who have suffered similar experiences. I urge you to take the necessary steps to ensure that no one else has to endure the kind of suffering that my family and I have experienced.
