I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against TataCliq regarding a highly disappointing online shopping experience.

Order Details:

Order ID:[protected]

Date of Purchase: 29 Jan 2025

Product: Adidas Originals Superstar White Sneakers

Amount Paid: ₹4862.76

I had ordered a brand-new pair of White Adidas Shoes through TataCliq's online platform. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that the box had someone's torn and dirty old used shoes instead of what I had ordered, which is completely unacceptable and a violation of basic consumer rights.

Despite reaching out to TataCliq’s customer service and requesting a return/refund, my concerns have not been addressed properly, and the issue remains unresolved.

My Grievances:

Delivery of a used, damaged junk product

No satisfactory response from customer service

Delay/denial in initiating a refund or replacement

This act amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and causes mental harassment to the consumer.

Relief Sought:

A full refund of ₹4862.76

Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience

Assurance of stricter quality checks to prevent such incidents

Attached are pictures of the received product, order details, and screenshots of communication with TataCliq support.

I request you to take strict action against TataCliq and ensure justice is served.

    I ordered a watch (SCUDERIA FERRARI Ferrari 0830772 Pilota Evo Chronograph Watch for Men) with Order ID: #[protected] on 24.02.2023 I received a packet from tatacliq luxury on 27.02.2023 delivered by Mr. Deepak Singh ([protected]). The said packet is not having watch. It has a Glass. I am attaching herewith the images of the same.

    The packet which i received by collected back through Blue Dart courier and today i have received mail from Tata cliq that the product is mis-matched.

    Sir, I can only return the product which i received. how can i return back the Watch.

    Please help.

      We have purchased product noise colorfit pro 2 smart watch 10-jun-2020 and some issued we have return my product dt 15.06.2020 and sir today is 08-july-2020 we have not received my refund amount of rs. 2969/- and tata cliq customer care not attend my call and not a reply in mail or whatsapp msg.
      Sir i am very tired for this type of service and very very disappointed with tata cliq.

      We have also attached screen shot of return product deliver to destination.

          I placed order[protected] for Lenovo 1TB F309, and received invoice of Lenovo 1TB F308/309, I am surprised to see, so I contacted customer care.
          They asked me to visit Croma center. I had been to Croma center, They told, they don't have Lenovo 1TB F309 in their basket. So asked for refund, they are saying for 5-7 days required for refund formality.

          1. I don't understand, why company like TATA is doing such malfunctioning business, ?
          2. While placing order on cliq and collect, whether do you have any option for pay at the time of collection? you don't? then why you are using customers money for next 5-7 days?
          3.Already TATA name is spoiled in market? and you are adding it.
          4. Being TATA ex- employee, I know, TATA code of conduct & also ethics they follow, it seems, you are not following the same.

            STILL NOBODY HAS CONTACT YO ME, I HAVE SEND 9 TIMES COMPLAINT
            I have purchase one mobile from 30th sep 2016. the mobile has not working.
            i have tried to customer care centre so many times daily, its busy in everytime.
            i have sending complaints through mail so many they have no responce
            it s a fraud company. the mobile price is 4300, intex aqua fish
