I have ordered a taxi on[protected] for delhi Airport my brothers flight was for 6 pm and i received a conformation that my taxi has been booked and my bookinv id was TB-260da039... i have waited for my taxi so long around 1 pm i have tried to reach customer care to track my taxi.. after so long when i have a rep over call ... they said my taxi has been cancelled and hanged up my call imidiatly... when i called again they said taxi has been canceled and no more information regarding this ... i asked why didnt i receive any conformation regarding this they said we forgot to message u and harrased me ... plz assist me on this i want that strict action will be taken against them... My brother reached on time just few minuted left for flight to take off... if that flight got missed did they pay for it... plz take a strict action against them

Before booking they talk to you politely and than after booking they block your number as there main earning is the advance payment paid by customer after that they are not interested in attending the phone and send from just dial they book car from some another person.
