They ask for money in the name of job then they want us to invite more people so they can take money from them also

TCART never charge any fee or security to any candidates, and salary we do not offer because this company is a freelancer, and thus, there is no fixed compensation at all.
People work as a home based or according to their choice they work as a regular.
The salary offered to the employees are fixed only when they achieve the target in which i dont personally think something is wrong.
It depends company via company what they are selling and what they are offering as well.
In terms of salary, it is provide only to those who are upto the target.

Don't trust these guyz . I rcvd a call regarding a job opening for Hr executive, work from home.And the guy told me that I have to visit office in gurugram for face to face interview . And the details of the company like address was sent to me via whatsapp and then at the time of interview I was asked to pay 1500/- for the training and the interviewer said that I'll give you the offer letter hand to hand and after the month is completed you will get 20k in hand salary .I said that you can deduct the amount from my first salary as I won't be able to pay now, so the guy said ok and said we can provide you the training even without 1500 payment and took me to a person and asked him this is unpaid
candidate provide her training so the person asked me to download the googlesheets in my phone and created a Gmail ID on my name and said that now you are ready to call people and send them to our office for the profile of hr executive and when 15 to 20 candidates will visit the office after that you will get offer letter from our company and when I asked from where I would be getting the data of the candidates whom I need to call so the guy said we will not provide you any data for this, you have to find them yourself and fill the data of persons you called like they are visiting to office or not, they attended the call or not, in the Google sheet and send it to us .
I came out of the office without having any offer letter or joining letter.

On 1 nov, i was called for the interview for HR profile, and after i reached the office there was a girl who is explaining all the things about the job.
she said that i have to pay 1500rs for training in hr and said that they will provide fixed salary of 20000 and after that there is an incentive.
I paid the 1500 because i thought the job is good but indirectly they sold me a course of facebook marketing and there are so many...

The company is picking the candidate form Naukri and other job portal, and majority target the innocent candidates.

First they are sending the message on whatsapp and ask for interview in his location " Unit no 320, 3rd floor, ILD mall, subhash chauk, Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana 122018". After the person has came, they will asking for 1500/- for ID card and 3 months training, althose they never ask for such kind of changes before come for the Interviews.

They are doing totally fraud with innocent candidates which actually need the job in NCR.

I will request you, please take the some legal action with them, other I
don't know how many people will fall victim to this.
