With respect to the Consignment booked through TCI Frieght (LR NO:[protected]
For: ASIFABAD, KAGAZNAGAR, TELANGANA
Date: 13/8/25
No packages: 21 BDLS.

This Consignment has been delivered to the Consignee with a shortage of 1 bdl.

On regular follow-ups, your Booking office has not been able to trace this 1 PACKAGE neither they are compensating the value of this package...

I had booked an order through TCI freight Dhampur by Mr. Amit Kumar ( mob no. [protected]) on 18 Nov for Hyderabad. I had booked this order for my buyer and it is not delivered yet. They are not taking their responsibility to deliver the consignment and it also effects the goodwill of our company. the employee of tci freight is very unprofessional and whenever i call him for the update he always have a new excuse for delay. i want delievery as soon as possible in hyderabad. All becacuse of tci frieght we have to face the lots of challenges and all these
things also effect our company reputation.This has never happened to us in any other transport.
i need a solution for that as soon as possible .otherwise i have to go legal with you

Hi I Ashim Mistry from Andaman. I booked a parcel from Sadar bazar on 8th November 2021 having no[protected].Still I am not getting my parcel. All the staff and customer care services of Tci frieght are careless and irresponsible. Nearly Last one month I am contacting them, they are blaming each other. They are not trying to solve my problem.I need my parcel immediately.
